This amazing Condo sits right on the beach, just steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony, looking out at the dolphins. Then after a fun filled day on the beach, relax with a cocktail and watch the most spectacular sunsets you’ll ever see. You’ll find this Condo is updated and it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the sliding doors open to a soothing sound of the waves breaking on the beach. The second bedroom has two double beds and the third has two twin beds. There are wall mounted flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. For those of you who want to relax inside with a good book, the living room has a new leather sectional and a large screened TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a large family meal or a romantic dinner for two. It is equipped with new LG black stainless appliances and also has granite countertops. You can be in the kitchen and still see the beautiful blue / green waters of the Gulf.
This is a non-smoking unit and sorry, but no pets are allowed.

Area Information
The beaches of Indian Shores are so quiet and relaxing, and yet all you have to do is cross the street to enjoy intercostal dining, or just have cocktails. There are many wonderful restaurants within just a few miles, and plenty of shops. If you’re in the mood to get out on the water, there’s a kayak, paddle board and boat rental just across the street. They also rent scooters and bicycles! This condo is only 30 miles from Busch Gardens in Tampa and 2 hours from Disney World in Orlando. Clearwater Beach is a few miles north and Madeira Beach, Treasure Island and St Pete Beach is a few miles to the south. Don’t forget to stop at Johns Pass Village in Madeira Beach for fun day of “beach shopping!” Come stay at Sand Castle II, unit 2903. “Make memories you won’t soon forget.”

The phrase "You've Found Paradise", used in their advertisement, is absolutely correct! I highly recommend this condo: the location could not be better - it is directly on the beach and close to several restaurants - our favorites were Crabby Bill's and Guppy's - and it was very clean with plenty of room for seven of us. Gail, the manager, was great! She was prompt in answering questions before our trip and VERY responsive when we encountered a few unexpected situations during our trip. Although they were totally out of her control, Gail still responded and made things right quickly! We really appreciated her! I hope to visit the area again sometime and would definitely want to stay here again..

My family and I are from Canada and we vacation in Florida every year (minus Covid years)…this was our first stay at Sand Castle 11 ….we had a wonderful stay in our condo….exceptionally clean…tastefully decorated..beds were so comfortable…everything that you would have in home was in this condo….we are going back next year and hopefully every year thereafter….I can’t say enough about our host Gail Webster…our communications were awesome…she replied promptly with any questions that I had.. The location was great…especially Caddy’s across the street and Crabby Bill’s just up the street….I have never met Gail in person…but we talked on the phone…we are now friends ….you will not be disappointed if you stay in this beautiful Condo unit # 2903 And Gail has a bottle of wine waiting for you when you arrive

You've Found Paradise was the perfect fit for our family vacation. We enjoyed the amenities the condo had to offer. The view from the balcony was just gorgeous with amazing sunsets. The sound of the crashing waves were so relaxing. Gail was very prompt with our request when we needed her. Having a large pool area was very nice and just footsteps from the beach makes this a great choice. Plenty of towels for showers and the beach if you need them. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. We walked to the Dog and Parrot restaurant ( large menu )one night for dinner ( about 1//2 mile ) and walked to VIP Mexican American restaurant in Indian Rocks. ( a little over a mile. Both were very good we also drove to Crabby Bills in Indian Rocks on a rainy evening just down the road from the VIP, very good seafood with nightly entertainment. We would definitely return to this condo when staying in the Indian Shores area again. Thanks Gail :)

We had a perfect week at "You've Found Paradise"!! The condo was in a great location to access any part of the island. The condo was perfectly stocked with any household item you would need!! The condo was decorated very tastefully for an Island vacation. Everything was very clean and tidy. I would recommend this condo for a "Perfect" Island getaway!

I can't say enough about this beautiful condo on an amazing beach. We loved it here and can't wait to return. The view is incredible and we loved waking up look out to the beautiful ocean right outside our door in the master. Located right in between Clearwater and St Pete. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. I have always loved Indian Rocks because of it's family feel and not a lot of traffic and quiet beaches. Sandcastle II #4601 did not disappoint. I loved speaking with Gail for the booking process and while we were there to ask some questions. The bottle of wine was an added perk that we totally enjoyed our first night there. The unit was located on the 9th floor and was very clean and well appointed and made for gorgeous views of the Florida sunsets. Trash disposal shute was right outside our door which made it very convenient for us. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for allowing us to rent from you and we will definitely return.

Rob B.Challenging times during COVID-19
This year (2020), my family and I were so looking forward to our 10 day May get away at our favorite vacation destination at Sandcastle 2 Indian Shores. Unfortunately, COVID-19 prevented us from making it down this year from Canada due to our state of emergency and border closures. The property owners and manager were so very understanding and empathetic with our situation making it seemless to cancel our trip. We thank you for that (it was one less stressors to deal with). You have always been so great to us and as such will most definately rebook with this property as soon as the situation let's up. Stay healthy and stay safe!

The condo is exactly as described. It was immaculate and extremely well appointed. The kitchen had everything that one might need. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The washer/dryer worked well. Gail is a fantastic hostess and we wanted for nothing. We had plenty of space for the 6 adults. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the beach access can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again. Exceptional!!
