Perfect location to park the car for your vacation and walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well supplied. We would definitely rent again. We were all a little bummed when our vacation was over.

Marion lane suites cocoa beach . This condo is very great location..clean pet friendly Needs some cosmetic updates but ..looks like they are working on that. Loved the screen porch. The pups and I could people watch. And Joe was super nice and helpful.

The condo was perfect for the ocean view and walk to the water. Beds were very comfortable and the view was gorgeous! Would have liked a little better outdoor seating but it served the purpose. The beach umbrellas there were broken but we survived.

We stayed at Marian Lane last week. The location is fantastic! Right next to RonJon and a block from the beach. The place was immaculate and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Property Manager Joe is a sweetie - even running to switch out cableboxes when ours died. He even texted to let us know about the SpaceX launch. Monica is also delightful and helped us to get in slightly earlier than we were supposed to. My only negative was having to keep a/c at 74 degrees. We generally keep our home at 69 all year around, so 74 especially in Florida was a little too warm for us.

We stayed 4 weeks, the place was very clean and had all new appliances and updates from top to bottom. The view from the deck was refreshing and very relaxing. We could see the SpaceX rocket launch from the deck as well. Big fenced in yard and located close to downtown Cocoa Beach and the port. Thanks Monica we will be back

Loved renting this condo. Owner very easy to deal with and condo is clean and spacious. Our favorite part is the perfect location. Beach, steps away. Nightlife, steps away. Restaurants, steps away. Shopping (including world famous Ron Jons and Key Lime Pie factory, guess where - steps away.
