It comes with one covered parking. Centrally located off Hwy 41, close to shopping, restaurants & golf, 12 miles from the airport, 8 miles from beach and 6 miles from downtown Fort Myers. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, full washer & dryer.
30 days minimum stay (or charge). This community is very quiet, and well maintained. For the safety of every resident of the community, a background check is required on all adults (18 years or older).

Easy

Very easy to access information as well as inquire about. In addition the responses were quick. There are many sites to open but this is the easiest.

Perfect for what we needed

We relocated back into the area and needed a temporary home while purchasing a home. This was perfect for our temporary needs. We did have a couple of hiccups but the Owners were always on top of it and easy to communicate with. The condo rental office was easy to work with as well. We used the gym and pool which were great too. Neighbors were nice and helpful as well.
