About the owner: We are the new owners, Mark and Angela. We have traveled to Florida from Indiana for many years. We love the warm weather, sunny skies, palm trees and nearby beaches. 2018 was the year we finally made the decision to buy a condo in Fort Myers. We look forward to spending time with our family and friends here for many years to come. Our hope is to make your stay an awesome one too.
Why this property? We love the gated community, beautiful landscaping, spacious rooms, the spectacular lake views from our lanai, the gorgeous pool and friendly neighbors. The condo community is close to shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes from the Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva beaches.

Mark was an excellent host. Although most everything was spelled out in advance, he was available to help us when needed. 10 - 15 minute drive to the beach. Grocery within walking distance. Nice walking track around the lake and a great library/puzzle room. Lots of things to do or nothing to do - whichever you prefer. Great pool and jacuzzi. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Lezsek is an amazing host. He makes his place feel very homey. And literally has everything you can think of needing, AND MORE! The unit is beautifully decorated and has a lovely view of the pond. The pool and workout facility are a nice addition, I frequented there often. A short drive to the beaches and restaurants.The condo is furnished with plenty of linen, towels, kitchen appliances, utensils and dishware. Lezsek has literally thought of everything to make your stay memorable.
