Dry tortugas national park in Key West and Key Biscyane national park in Miami. Check out the great shopping at the Galleria Mall, Aventura Mall and Sawgrass Mills Mall. Enjoy dining on las olas riverfront or take a drive to south beach for dinner and dancing. If you like gaming check out the Hard Rock Casino resort in Hollywood. Movie theatre and bowling alley are about 2 miles from the condo. Jet Ski and Parasailing are available for rent on the beach. Deep sea fishing and glass bottom boat tours are available at the 2 local marinas. Intercoastal waterway tours are great and very inexpensive.

We had a nice stay for the two months we were there. Good location steps from the beach and steps from the intercostal. Quiet residential building and welcoming residents that made our stay much more enjoyable. The owner Dave was very responsive to any needs and concerns we had. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Superior location and value. Owner responsive and honest. Building well maintained. Unit clean and well equipped. Walk across the street to either beach or intercostal. This was my second 3-4 month stay in this unit and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

The condo is amazing! The location is perfect! And Dave, the host is extremely attentive, helpful and kind. I stayed in his lovely vacation rental for 7 months. I had no issues. The building is safe, quiet, the neighbors are kind, and you get a covered parking spot. Dave went out of his way to make sure I was good and had everything I needed. He was always available if I needed anything. The balcony is HUGE, the guest suite is fabulous, it's a 30 second walk to the intercostal and a 4 minute walk to the beach. I couldn't ask for anything more. To anyone considering renting this vacation rental, stop considering and do it.

it is so spacious and airy, the view from the balcony is amazing. We had a fabulous time there the weather was perfect and so was the condo. I would do it again in a minute. Dave couldnt have been a better host from beggining to end
