This Updated 60's style Florida POOL home makes a vacation that you will never forget .
This house has the feeling of being outside when watching TV from the sofa in the living room. The Florida room is completely screened and opens to the home and pool area.
The fenced yard offers a private pool, gardens, tropical plants, banana trees and flowers.
The Master bedroom has a King Bed, 55 in TV, and private bath/shower, closet, and hurricane window.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, large windows, TV, and closet.
The third bedroom has two single beds, large window, TV and closet.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and big windows overlooking the garden. We are close enough to hear the ocean with the windows open. All the windows have screens and a new hurricane sliding door to the pool.
There is another upgraded full bath with shower/tub located in front of the two bedrooms for easy access. Also large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is a separate utility room with a new full size washer and dryer . The full kitchen is in U shape fully stocked and loaded with utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals.
Atlantic Street beach access. Peaceful beach in a very friendly quiet neighborhood. This beach area is never crowded. No condos !!

Victor J.Wonderful family home with private access to Melbourne Beach
We're a family of 4 with 2 kids in middle/high school. Loved the pool and the quiet street out front. A short walk to the private gate to access a secluded section of Melbourne Beach (the beach is public, but the nearest public access points are at least a half mile away, so there was almost nobody else on the beach where we were). Nice kitchen with new appliances. We weren't there to watch TV, but a huge new TV and very comfy couches did make that enjoyable also. Screened in porch next to the pool made a nice place to sit and relax and enjoy lunch in the shade. Outdoor shower was a nice plus for rinsing off.Definitely hope to come back again next summer.

Other than the weather we had a great stay. Very comfortable home. The only suggestion would be to have instructions on how to use the televisions especially for us older folk. We had good food each evening at a variety of restaurants in the area. The home was convenient to many things. We got to go to the beach once while there and it was nice. Thank you Tom.

Great location--the house is located on a quiet private street a short walk to the beach. A Hawaiian style house, with lots of light, large windows with screens--perfect if you want to turn the AC down and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. To top it all you have a large heated pool if the ocean water is a little chilly ! Tom and Tita, the owners respond quickly and had personalized suggestions for us.In summary a really nice house, located close to the beach, with very great hosts. Highly recommended !
