"Today is our last day at this beautiful and comfortable home and we are sitting here by the pool reminiscing about our wonderful 4 week stay. This is definitely one of the best vacation homes we have ever stayed at, so welcoming, tastefully decorated, very clean, very nice pool and located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. It is equipped with so many things, even more than one would expect at a rental home. The canal in the back of the house adds such a great touch with the occasional jumping fish and the birds. Our stay has been amazing, not only the relaxation and the enjoyment of this home and great pool, but the adventures out and about because this home is located very close to bike and walk paths, beaches, golf courses, great restaurants, parks, and more. We look forward to being able to come back. The owners are a delight to work with and made our stay a fantastic experience.

With more than 30 courses in the area, ranging from executive to championship level, you can easily tell why they call it Golfers Paradise.

The villa is a 5 minute drive from 5 local golf clubs however the closest one is Long Marsh Golf Club.
BEACHES:-
The Gulf Coast is home to many beautiful and award winning beaches - 28 miles of them in fact including the exclusive Boca Grande beach on Gasparilla Island.
Young and old will enjoy dolphin watching, shell collecting, watching the sun-rise / set or simply eating freshly caught fish at the excellent beachfront restaurants.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Located just a few minutes walk/bike ride from the villa is the Cape Haze Pioneer Trail which is a 13.7 mile trail that offers the chance to see various types of wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for walking, running, and road biking and is accessible year-round.

I'm Victoria, the Villa Owner and I personally process all rental bookings and guest enquiries.
I work alongside a local management company who are on hand to help Guests once they arrive at the villa.
I've been renting out our home for 15 years now so I know what it takes to make your vacation worry-free and relaxing.

Why this property? We lovingly built our Glorious Gulf villa from scratch so we know every detail of it and we ensure we maintain a hands-on approach with most aspects to ensure consistent quality. Prior to setting off on your holiday, you will be provided with an Essential Holiday Information Pack with all the main contact details for our local Villa Manager for any major problems you may have.

We have stayed in Rotonda West several times, this was a totally relaxing holiday with a fantastic pool which looked onto a river, to see the wildlife was amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it, the Villa is a true home from home, thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had wonderful stays for both the month of March and the month of May 2022. Any communication with Victoria was responded to quickly. We spent a lot of time in the pool and lanai areas with nice views of the canal. Everything was good indoors and no issues with appliances etc. Went for walks almost every day and the people we encountered were friendly. The area is very quiet. Many good restaurants not too far away. Enjoyed things so much we’re coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house was clean and had a good stock of kitchen utensils to use for having dinner at home. We enjoyed some fishing from the dock-we mostly caught turtles and some sunfish, but did see evidence of larger fish in the water. The pool was amazing. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Close proximity to the beach, park, bike trails and golf. Plenty of things to do but comfortable enough to also just stay "home" and relax

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated for an extra fee but we used it everyday. Home was clean and well appointed. The dock was nice feature and we used that everyday. Our only complaints were the use of the gas grill was an up charge (???). And it was in high 80’s and AC was only allowed to be at 78 all the time. I have been to RW several times....this is first time being asked to pay for propane and not being able to have AC at 74 at least. Floor plan not as open as other homes I have stayed at. Not that it was bad, but just not as open.

Re: the layout of the house not being open-plan enough, the only rooms which are behind closed doors are the bedrooms & bathrooms - everything else is completely open plan. This was our first time staying in this area and went to several of the different beaches near by. It was nice to several options and my husband enjoyed going to the fishing pier in Venice and fishing off the dock at the villa.Everything was very clean and furnished well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. The pool/lanai area is terrific, and the guys enjoyed fishing off the pier. The location is convenient to get to the beaches, church, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I contacted the owner I was very impressed by the professional and efficient manner in which I was treated. Before we left on our trip we were provided with extensive information that left us with no questions unanswered. We had the great good fortune to enjoy 11 days in this beautiful villa and we had the most wonderful stay.The house is spacious, comfortable and so luxurious. Everything we needed was provided for and more.But the best part for us was the gorgeous deck. We could have spent our whole stay relaxing there enjoying the wildlife and the tranquility of the canal. In fact we had to drag ourselves away to explore the local area.My husband & son really enjoyed the fishing dock and the local alligators paid them a visit each day. At the beach we got to see some dolphins and a manatee. We even encountered turtles crossing the road. My abiding memory will be mornings on the deck listening to and watching the birds.Victoria the owner has gone out of her way to make the reservation process very simple. She also provides lots of information on the local area and top tips for a great holiday.We’d return in a heartbeat. It was a very relaxing, laid back trip in a fantastic home.A big thank you to Victoria & her family for sharing their amazing villa with us!

We have holidayed in Florida for many years but without doubt Glorious Gulf Villa has provided the best vacation experience ever. Beautifully presented this family friendly villa is in an excellent location with easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. The Villa is spacious, superbly appointed and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped there is everything you need for a brilliant vacation. The pool and covered lanai are great and the outside fishing deck a welcome bonus. We spent many hours watching the fantastic wildlife, unbelievable to watch Alligators cruising the waterway and we even saw otters this year! Cape Haze pioneer trail is close by and really enjoyed cycling down to Boca Grande (bikes provided by the owners) in the early morning or late evening. Victoria the owner is a pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and all transactions were seamless. Can not emphasise how highly we recommend Glorious Gulf Villa, two blissful weeks.

Brenda W.Wonderful relaxing villa
This Villa is situated in the outer boundary of rotunda circle. The location was very quiet fronted by a canal which was full of fish, alligators and turtles. The lanai was a very relaxing place to listen to the different birds. We had a cardinal that came each day. The pool was very clean. The house is the Florida style which we love for privacy. The inside is very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Victoria, the owned, was very pleasant to deal with and Mary the property manager was excellent. The area has five golf courses within ten minutes, very close to restaurants , beaches, and shopping. I would recommend this villa.

This house is centrally located, well maintained and very comfortable. The pool was very enjoyable as the water temperature was well maintained and a great size. The bedrooms were roomy with great storage. We had a great time and would come back again.

After a very hectic week doing the Theme Parks in Orlando we were keen for some rest and relaxation on the Gulf Coast.We were so pleased when we arrived to find the villa was exactly what we needed. Nice and spacious for a family of 5 with a good sized pool and wonderful views.We enjoyed eating in and having dinner outside by the pool but we also enjoyed trying different local restaurants. To keep the kids amused we found the Tikki bar on Englewood beach worked well as they could play games outside and we could listen to live music. We all enjoyed hunting for sharks teeth on the beach.The local supermarket is just a short drive away and it has everything you need – we noticed a chemist and a dentist in the same area as well as various takeaway restaurants.We only needed to speak to the Management Lady once who’s there to help with any questions but it was nice to know we could reach out to someone locally if we needed to.We would love to return one day and see more of what the area offers as we ran out of time.

It was really difficult deciding where to stay as all the villas online looked very similar and we had never done a private rental before so we were a bit nervous. We decided on Glorious Gulf Villa as my husband and I enjoy playing golf and this villa was close to lots of different golf courses. He also liked the fact that it had a fishing dock and thought it would be fun to give fishing a try. The rental price was competitively priced – especially as the villa sleeps 6 people.The booking process was very easy and the Owner patiently answered my long list of questions.The photos of the villa online looked impressive and when we arrived we realised the villa was just as described and it certainly did not disappoint seeing it for real. It was larger than we had imagined and we couldn’t believe the amount the wildlife that we spotted in the garden and by the waterway. We took so many photos.We were spoilt with the choice of golf courses – we tried a different one every day and some of them have nice Club Houses to drink at afterwards.We liked taking the Cape Haze trial which is about 5 minutes away from the villa where you can explore it all the way down the Gulf. We walked but lots of people were on bikes.Overall we had a really relaxing and comfortable stay and it certainly ticked all our boxes.
