Amazing view
Thoroughly enjoyed my three month stay at the townhouse. The townhouse has two balconies off the second floor bedrooms with large sliding patio doors with screens. During my stay I was able to leave the sliders open and listen to the Gulf. The first floor windows plus bedroom patio doors provided plenty of fresh air and I never needed to use the central air. The patio off the living room had chairs and table for outdoor meals and cocktails for viewing the daily sunsets. My two grandchildren who lived in Largo would visit me on the weekends and enjoyed the beach and heated pool. Neither the beach or pool were ever crowded. When I arrived the outdoor grill wasn't working and after calling the owner I had a new replacement within days. The owners were very responsive but I really didn't need to contact them. The inside of the townhouse was clean, all the appliances were working fine and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in the area. When eating in downtown St. Pete we would use UBER to avoid the problem of limited parking available plus didn't need to worry about driving after enjoying alcoholic drinks. UBER rates were around $25 and well worth the $. Also, a fun Saturday morning activity is the St. Pete market with at least 15 - 20 ethnic restaurants serving b'fast. Fresh vegetables, fruit & fish stands were available at the market.
