Cleaning fees are taxable at 11.5%.
A $50.00 non-refundable reservation processing fee is added to each reservation. The processing fee is taxable at 11.5%.
Your credit card number will be held on file for any damages or additional cleaning fees charged to the condominium upon departure.
Renters are required to provide the Four Winds office a credit card, check or money order for the full rental payment within thirty (30) days of check in.
Note: multiple-month rentals require a one (1) month payment. The subsequent month’s payment(s) is due on or before the 1st of the month.
Cancellation Policy When a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the unit for an equivalent amount of time and comparable rental rate, the advance reservation payment shall be forfeited.

This condo was beautifully maintained and was equipped with everything you need. Hearing the waves in the living room and master bedroom was the best! Wonderful location ON the beach and about 10 miles to lots of sightseeing in St Augustines. Outdoor pool was too cold in February except for 1 day when it was 80 outside. Then it was still chilly. Even though Fourwinds tries to heat it nights are cold. We wanted to stay safe from covid so had groceries delivered. Found some places outside to eat and safe outdoor activities. We masked but don't expect anyone there to. We had a wonderful visit and we're very pleased with our accommodations.

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We walked the beach daily. The condo was clean and well equipped. Really loved the king size bed as we have one at home and most rentals have queens. Just everything you'd want in a vacation rental.If you go visit the Oasis for casual food, especially breakfast. Columbia and The Irish Restaurant, Meehans, in Old St Augustine were excellent. Although St. George Street is touristy, the buildings and atmosphere were very nice. Parts of it reminded me of New Orleans.
