All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Summer Breeze is a custom home nestled in the quiet residential area in the heart of Holmes Beach. Offering 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms. There is also a den where the kids can hang out with a TV and sleeper sofa. You will find that this home has everything you need for your perfect Anna Maria Island vacation! From the luxurious heated pool, full-gourmet kitchen, outdoor TV, foosball table, tiki bar and outdoor grill. The list goes on with the amazing amenities - what more could you possibly need to make your tropical island vacation perfect!

Spend quality family and friend time in the spacious and open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen. Enjoy a movie night on the HDTV. The main living area is a large, open-plan space with high ceilings and beautiful tile floors. The garage houses a selection of pool and beach toys, including beach chairs, and a cart to get everything to the beach.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following:

Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat
Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

This beautiful private home sleeps up to 8 people with 3.5 bathrooms.
Primary bedroom 1 is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, private balcony, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with garden tub & walk-in shower and granite vanity.
Primary bedroom 2 is located on the third floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3 is located on the third floor and features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4 is located on the third floor and features 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom 3 is located on the third floor with a shower/tub combo and granite vanity.
1/2 Bathroom is located on the second floor.

Pet-Friendly - The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
