Summer Retreat features 4 bedrooms, sleeping 12 all in beds. All bedrooms feature luxurious linen, bed covers, spacious walk-in closets, private bathrooms, HD flat screen TV's with Netflix, plus a selection of other online channels and USB charging points. The game room has it all - with over 100 games on the Xbox One plus a classic stand-up arcade game with 200+ games for all to enjoy.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

The garage houses a selection of pool and beach toys, including beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to get everything to the beach.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.
