Our home will make you feel at home the minute you enter through the door. It has everything you need, each bedroom has it's own fresh linens and towels, also beach towels are available, coolers for the beach. Vinyl fence,built for privacy, enjoy the beautiful Lanai with patio set, lounge chairs around the pool, and a BBQ, it is completely screened in so, you won't get any uninvited flying visitors dropping by. Located at a large landscaped lot, this home was built in 2006.

For enjoyable day trips to beautiful attractions, a drive to Siesta Key Beach is less than 30 minutes from the house. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will enjoy walking in the soft white sand and swim in the beautiful warm water. The Venice, Manasota and Englewood beaches are 15 minutes away. Disney World is 2 1/2 hours away. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall is 10 minutes away.

This was our second rental since last year. However this year we stayed 3 months instead of 2. I guess this says it all. We really enjoy this beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. If you want a nice relaxing vacation this is the place.Everything you need is close by, Malls, Beaches, Restaurants. We are going back next year.

The owners really maintain their home in immaculate condition.

My wife and I stayed at this home during the month of January, 2016. This has been our 5th year in North Port, but our 1st year at this location. Of all of our VRBO rentals, this home is definitely the best. The cleanliness of the home is outstanding, and everything was in perfect working order. The house is located in a quiet area, and the privacy fence surrounding the backyard makes it even more private and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location as your home-away-from-home, and we will definitely return next year.

My wife and i have rented several homes in the North Port area, but none as well kept and luxurious as this. The home has all the room and amenities one would expect in a three bedrooms, two bath rental. The pool and the grounds are immaculate. Dealing with Anna and Salvatore was a pleasure. We absolutely loved here, cannot wait to come back. The place was very clean and beautiful furnished. The kitchen had everything you could ask for, just been at home. The outside is very well kept, we enjoyed very much spending the time on the Lanai,, with a beautiful pool and the privacy of the vinyl fence. Everything was to our expectation. The owners were very helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with them. The house is located in the vicinity of everything you need. Didn't want to leave.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week while in the area visiting relatives. The home is well appointed with upscale furniture and beautifully decorated, it is comfortable, quiet, clean and the pool area is quiet, private and relaxing. Close to shopping, I 75 and golfing. Pictures are true to reality and I have not in the years we have been renting homes stayed in one any finer than this.
