This luxurious first floor getaway is overlooking the intercostal with ceramic tile floors, custom bathrooms, a gorgeous new kitchen, furniture and designer paint. It is located in a beautiful upscale, private building situated on a quiet section of the Narrows at the southern end of Indian Rocks Beach. The Narrows offers the best of both worlds, beachfront living along with easy Intercoastal Waterway access with its own private dock and fishing pier. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, all towels and bed linens, beach towels, sand chairs and a beach umbrella.
From the security and convenience of direct elevator access (there are no lobbies or outside walkways to navigate, the elevator brings you right to our door!) to the open floor plan, quiet beach area and protected parking space under the first floor, you will appreciate the intimacy and security of this well maintained 15 unit complex.
Watch for dolphins, manatees and other wild life in the Intercoastal Waterway while you relax on your private balcony. Enjoy the many sailboats and luxury yachts as they cruise by. Fish from your private dock across the street on the Intercoastal. Also enjoy the privacy of the beach and the heated pool while taking in the serenity of the beautiful Gulf. You won't want to leave, except to dine at the many restaurants nearby or enjoy the numerous sights and activities in the Tampa Bay/St. Pete/Clearwater Beach area.

We chose our condo in West Coast Vista because of its location. Nestled in a quiet area of this wonderful beach community, we feel that we have the best of both worlds. Beach front living with easy access to the Intercoastal Waterway for fishing, boating or just relaxing! It is truly our "get away" place for some peace and quiet!
West Coast Vista is located in the Narrows at the southern edge of Indian Rocks Beach away from the hustle and bustle. There are no condo complexes or public beach access entrances near us, our beach area is very private. We are a short car ride to Clearwater Beach to our north and St. Pete's Beach to our south. Disneyland is about 2 hours away, Tampa Busch Gardens is an easy 1 hour car ride. Tampa Airport is 22 miles to our east. Clearwater/St Pete's airport is about 10 miles away. Our building is family friendly but sorry, no pets.
The beach, of course! You can walk for miles in either direction. There are many restaurants and bars that are also within walking distance.
Conch Republic Grill, Seaweed, Crabby Bills, Salt Rock Grill, PJ's Oyster Bar, Guppies, Guilty Sea, and Sharky’s Pub, just to name a few!
Fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, sand chairs, beach umbrella, pool and sand toys provided. TVs in Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Guest Bedroom. Plenty of books if you enjoy reading!

Amy Q.Didn't Want to Leave
We had a great visit and didn't want to leave. The condo was perfect. We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. The intracoastal waterway across the street offered up some nice water fowl and beautiful views. The parking space and private foyer were great. All the upgrades in the condo make this one of our favorites. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Sadly we had to evacuate only 2 days after being in the beautiful condo, because of hurricane Ian. We arrived on a Saturday & enjoyed the beautiful beach & water, which is crystal clear, for only two days.The condo was wonderful, stocked with everything we needed. We certainly want to return next year, but in a different month. Definitely will be back to this condo. Thanks John & Deb, for the brief use of your place on the beach.

This condo is pretty close to perfect - it is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. The condo was just like being at home with the benefit of walking out onto the beach without having to cross the street. We loved the views of the intracoastal waterway. Even the parking spot was awesome, since it was by itself in front of the office area. We have stayed in other units here and some of the spots are super tight.This is our new favorite condo and we already looking at dates to book again!!

This condo did not disappoint. John and Deb have put much thought into their property to ensure guests have the perfect vacation! The unit is spacious, extremely clean and well stocked with all your needs for your stay. We really enjoyed watching the sun rise over the intercoastal waterway from the balcony! We even spotted some dolphins! Great location on the beach, away from the more crowded areas. We fell in love with Indian Rocks Beach and look forward to returning!

Ocean walks were nice. RESTAURANT WERE IN ABUNDANCE. Food stores were located nearby. We found Whole Foods Store interesting to shop at. Found new places to eat that were close by. The view of the inter-costal was very amusing at times. We saw the parade of lighted up boats one evening. We were very close to Clearwater Beach and heard of Frenchy's. It was worth the short drive for lunch. Also, the drive to Oxana Blue, Dunedin a very popular restaurant, was interesting. We would consider going back there for another vacation. It would be nice for spring training. We are baseball fans. The Dali Museum was very nice to see. The walk around the waterfront was spectacular.

Very nice condo. Faces Indian Rocks Rd. which can get a little noisy but not too much & is tolerable. Owners are very responsive and take good care of the property. I thought it was a good value for the price and will consider booking again.
