Cozy condo getaway

We stayed at this lovely condo with my husband. Perfect beach getaway with great beds and cozy environment. We loved the convenient access to a private beach where my husband took a dip every day. We also used the bikes which were available from the great hosts Albina and Sergey. The parking spot was right out front for quick 3 minute trips to Publix for groceries. We love walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the wildlife and friendly neighbors. We will definitely be coming back and renting this condo again as soon as we can!

Excellent stay

The location is perfect. One mile walk to town, a one mile walk to the famed Sharky’s restaurant. Private beach is a convenient asset. Very safe environment. Condo is spotless and well organized. Wonderful condo experience on the beach!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in This condo. It was fully furnished and had a washer/dryer. It was a short walk to downtown Venice which I loved! Nice quiet neighborhood. Very friendly owners! We highly recommended Albina and Sergey Savenok!

Awesome place!

I booked with Albina not knowing exactly what to expect because I had never been anywhere for a month. It was an awesome experience. The condo is cute and was enough room for my friend and I to have our space. We had an issue with internet once and Sergey came right to the rescue determined to get it corrected and he did! The beach is a 3 minute walk and the sunsets are amazing! Weather was nice most days. Plus, we met some amazing friends staying in that building! I hope to be able to go back at some point.

Above and beyond our expectations

We enjoyed our stay in this Venice condo. It is very comfortable and cozy, has all stuff needed for resting, sleeping, cooking, and beach activities. Also to have a bicycle was very pleasant. Private beach is within 30 seconds of walking, no shoes needed. We walked on the beach, on nearby streets, walked to Venice beach and center city. There are endless possibilities within your reach to ride a car or a cycle to other beautiful beaches of Venice. Huge thanks to owners of the condo for making our stay enjoyable.

The private beach is the best part!

The condo is clean and has most everything you will need, about average with other rentals I have used. There are a couple of things I wish I had known earlier so I will share them here! The shower in the larger bedroom has a couple of issues. After a week of almost cold showers, I found that waiting several minutes is required to find warmer water and the only spot was between 5:25 and 5:30 on the dial. The shower door won't open or shut unless you lift it up first. (firmly) You actually walk across a parking lot and pass another condo to get to the beach, but it is worth it, I am almost 70 and had no problem getting there. Shark teeth can be found if you are into that, we have over 100 and really enjoyed the search. One more thing I was not happy about was the cable tv. He said it was internet based, he even came over and found channels for me because I could not find anything. I wanted local news/weather stations and never found that. The "newsy" channel had about 10 stories that repeated about every hour for days. Bottom line, I had to find all weather and news online. The only thing that worked for us was netflix so we watched a couple movies when it rained, the rest of the time it was useless to us. If there are normal channels like abc, nbc, cbs, the weather channel, etc.....we never found a way to access them. Owners were very responsive to our questions or needs. Neighbors were friendly and helpful with information. It is a very quiet neighborhood which was great, we felt very safe there.

If you want a peaceful, relaxing, paradise on the beach. This is it! This furnished abode has everything you will ever need or want to enjoy your dream vacation in Florida. Just steps from your own private beach, shopping of any type is close and convenient. Entertainment and dinning are minutes from your door. To top it all off the owners are gems of beauty.

perfect home away from home!

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with basics so we could cook. There are beach chairs and umbrella for shade for our use. The beach is AMAZING- private and usually it was only us or a couple other people there. Out of this world SUNSETS!! We saw owls in the neighborhood! We loved walking around and looking at the cute houses and beautiful gardens and listening to all the wildlife. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Having a washer and dryer in unit was very nice and useful. We also used the bikes they provided to ride on legacy trail which was a real treat. Communication with host was easy and she quickly responded to any questions. This condo is definitely worth it for the private beach- we don’t like crowded beaches and especially during covid times we had our minds at ease here. Will definitely be back!!!

Great condo right on the beach!

This was an excellent rental, and I hope to rent from them again! The whole experience from start to finish was simple and straightforward. The host was flexible with my arrival time due to a flight delay, and remained available my entire stay to answer questions via text or email. The condo itself is adorable, and plenty spacious with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The washer/dryer was convenient also, and the condo had basically everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This building has deeded access to one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen yet! I don't think I saw more than a half dozen people on it the entire time we were there; it was amazing! I paid via PayPal, which was also easy and convenient, and received my security deposit back the day I checked out. I give this rental 5 stars, and would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront getaway!

Great vacation

Wonderful stay

I recently stayed at a Florida Rentals apartment in Venice and had a wonderful stay! The apartment is fully and nicely furnished and decorated. It has a washer/dryer as well as a vacuum to keep your clothes and surroundings clean and tidy. It is a short walk from the beach, however there are more beaches to explore if you want to get in your car and go for a quick drive. It is also a short ride away from “Chudo Lake” or Miracle Lake, which is a lake of mineral water that remains the same temperature all year round. Other attractions include yoga sessions on the beach, fine dining at various restaurants either in town or right by the water (where you can watch the sunset or enjoy an amazing lobster bisque). For the days on which you might want to enjoy a home cooked meal, there is an Amish market with fresh meats, fish and produce. Overall, a hassle free and relaxing experience!
