1850 sq. ft. Beach Breeze is located in Barrier Dunes on the north end of Cape San Blas. The townhouse is located at 140 Sabal Circle, on the Gulf, a straight drive from the gate house at about 11 o'clock when you get to the curve. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath beach front unit sleeps 6 adults and has covered parking on the ground level for two vehicles and additional parking in the driveway for one more vehicle. The living area, kitchen and half bath are on the next level. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with two twin-sized beds both with ensuite full baths, washer and dryer area are on the next level. The main bedroom with a king sized bed, a full bath with garden tub and separate shower, his and her sinks and a private Gulf front deck are on the top level. There are also two roll-a-ways beds suitable for small children. The kitchen is well equipped with a regular coffee maker and also a Keurig, blender, toaster and plenty of cabinet/drawer space for guests.
Each bedroom has a private deck and each level has a deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a Weber gas grill on the lower Gulf front deck off of the living area, beach umbrellas and chairs and a cart to tote your gear to the beach. High-Speed Internet and long distance phone are included. Cell phone service is good. For your peace of mind, trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available which runs abut 5% to 10% of the cost of the rental, depending on your age and amount of coverage.
The beach house is pet friendly. There is no additional charge for pets but there is a limit of two pets per stay.
Linens are available and are in each bedroom.
There are many outdoor activities available on the Cape. In addition to the fabulous Gulf of Mexico directly in front of your townhouse, there are two pools, one Gulf Front and a few steps from Beach Breeze, pickle ball courts near the second pool, children's play areas and two stocked ponds for some light fishing. Kayak, canoe, sailboard, jet ski, and bike rentals are nearby. There are several restaurants on the Cape and more in Port St. Joe, 18 miles away and in Apalachicola, about 23 miles away. A 5 minute drive will take you St. Joe State Park, a beautiful, pristine area with shoreline and hiking trails on the Gulf of Mexico as well as on spectacular St. Joseph's Bay. A 10 mile paved bike path stretches from Barrier Dunes all the way to the entrance to the Cape.

Beautiful view of the beach from all three decks. Especially at sunset. Great internet speed if you have to work or if several people are on at the same time. Close to pools and courts.

Beach Breeze was an awesome experience for us. Although she had to work, she set her office up on the second floor overlooking the beach. From there she was able to see sharks being caught and pods of dolphins swimming by, plus since we were located just steps from the beach, was able to take lunch break walks on the beach. We will be back!

We have been going to Cape San Blas for vacations many years now, this was our first time staying in Barrier Dunes. Beach Breeze was a very nice place, and Gil was very friendly and nice to work with. We had a few issues come up, but we were able to reach him and resolve them right away. As a pet owner, we loved having Barrier Dunes to walk our pets - real grass to walk in, didn’t have to worry about the little spikey bur things that have stuck doggie feet at other places. They also had pet sanitation stations in many places (bags and special trash cans for their waste). Oh, I guess I should mention how beautiful the view from the decks were, and the wonderful walkways to the beach. Very positive experience!

This is a great place to spend seven days! We love Barrier Dunes! Beach Breeze (the condo) was large, great AC and well laid out for family and privacy if you need a little space. Just a few steps from the beach (our first time with a beach front rental and that's our new standard!). Cape San Blas is a dog friendly, uncrowded beach and we just love it there. What a beautiful place to reconnect with loved ones!

We had a wonderful week at Beach Breeze. Even Hurricane Sally didn’t hinder our fun. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of room. The beach is literally steps from the back door. Pet friendly unit and beach. The views are amazing of the beach and the sunset. It is EXTRA clean! Mr. Gil called to check on us during the hurricane. Always so nice and pleasant to speak to during the rental process. This is a great place to stay. We have found our favorite place to visit and stay.

Just returned from two amazing weeks at Beach Breeze!!! The condo worked out perfect for four adults, our baby granddaughter and our two dogs! So close to the beach and pool! Condo is very well stocked! We had plenty of room for a few more family members but they couldn’t make it. Gil is so nice to work with and responded immediately to our questions! The views from the decks are awesome!! We cooked in most nights and the kitchen had everything we needed! We had dolphin shows daily, a couple of beach bonfires and gorgeous sunsets...missing it today!!!
