The master suite offers plenty of natural light with a queen-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and bonus desk/dressing table—perfect for the working traveler. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and dresser and is two steps from the hall bath and additional storage closets.
You’ll be 20 steps away from the lake view, heated pool (with jacuzzi jets) and clubhouse which boasts a kitchen, community library, copier (10¢/page), free wi-fi, restrooms, shuffleboard court, fishing dock, and community BBQ grill.
A very active social club sponsors trips, concerts, attic sale, game nights, coffee hours, potlucks, arts, crafts, shuffleboard and special events and parties from November through April.
Extras: Cable, wi-fi, garbage pickup, and ALL utilities are included for two occupants. Additional occupants staying more than a week will incur an additional fee. Guest parking by permit only. No pets allowed.

A three-month minimum term required. Prices shown are based on 2-person occupancy. The owner must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

About the owner: Our family snowbird bought this condo over 10 years ago while visiting friends across the lake. As a Chicago native, he enjoyed floating in the heated pool while exchanging humorous banter with the other snowbirds. The active community fostered many new friendships.

Lake Bayshore rental H-103
We truly enjoyed our 3 month stay! Marjorie was absolutely terrific and answered all our inquiries! This unit was 50 ft from the clubhouse and pool! The unit was very clean and very tastefully decorated! It was very quiet and we were able to do just what we wanted to do -relax! We made many new friends here and hope to return someday!
