This is an amazing rental and the owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. The home is on the water and one house from the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on your own private dock and watch the Manatees, Dolphins, Parrot Fish swim by. The water is crystal clear, you can swim right off the dock, or take out a kayak or paddle board that is provided. The home was super clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Its location is between Key Largo and Islamorada which makes it perfect for shopping and great restaurants, or a day trip to Key West. We can’t say enough about how perfect this home and location is. We have booked for next year and are so excited about returning to this amazing slice of Paradise.

David B.Just amazing Keys experience!
Where to start?? The property itself is located midway in the keys, offering short day trips as well as endless nearby attractions such as John Pennecamp Park, kayak/boat rentals, boat excursions, etc. The real attraction here is the marine and wildlife.Drinking our morning coffee on the edge of the property patio we saw dolphin, nurse sharks, manantee, angel fish, lobster- I could go on and on! There is an osprey nest at the end of the channel and we saw the fledglings take their fist flights after many days of waiting as the tried out flapping their wings at the edge of the nest. The home is impeccable. You walk into a large airy Florida room with double doors opening to the kitchen which has a full view of the canal and mangrove hammocks. All expexted amenities were there and we never lacked for anything. Everything was very clean, and in good working order. Air conditioning was great and there were many fans throughout to keep the home comfortable. The hosts were the very best! Welcoming, responsive, and quite honestly, two of the nicest people we have ever had the pleasure to meet. This experience was above our expectations from start to finish, and we have already booked next year!!

Wow!!! What a awesome ,very clean, comfortable place to enjoy a vacation! Truly the best place to see the sunset. The marine life you see from the dock was amazing. The Ospreys and their babies were fun to watch. It was convenient to have our 23ft boat at the dock to jump in and go fishing. The hosts Rafael and Ana are the nicest people. Our month long stay could not have been nicer thanks to them. See ya soon! We will be back! :)

What can you say about a perfect rental !! Clean, spacious, & just plan awesome. Ana & Rafael were the perfect hosts. They both offered info about the surrounding area and answered any and all questions in a very timely fashion. Great to chat with also !Osprey nest across the water provided plenty of entertainment along with all the other birds, manatees, dolphins, and tropical fish right from the seawall !! Oh, and not to mention kayaking through all the waterways, around the mangrove and canals.Make sure you bring a camera and binoculars for bird watching and incredible sunsets daily.We will cherish our memories from this month long vacation always !! Thank you Ana & Rafael for the memories !!

We stayed for a month ...what a nice stay we had! Very clean...Spotless The sunsets are gorgeous! Fishing right off the dock, Lots of wildlife ! Really enjoyed watching the Ospreys. Perfect home for a couple, Plenty of room. Great views right from your kitchen table. The owners Ana and Raphael were Wonderful and right next door if there were ever any problems! We were welcomed and treated like family. We will Definitely be back!!

Our family has been coming down to the keys for fifteen years and the time we spent at Hammer Point was the best we have experienced. Our family of four stayed in this house for the month of July and to say it was perfect, is an understatement. The house is immaculate and very well maintained. The waterfront access by the dock is perfect for fishing, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle-boarding. The amount of marine life near the the dock is incredible; with everything from snappers and grunts to dolphins and frequent manatee visits. The island that is located directly across from the house is a perfect snorkel zone, great area for kayaking and provides an up-close experience with the marine and wildlife in the mangroves. To top it off, the view of the sunset every night is stunning. Our hosts, Ana and Rafael, are the most open and friendly people you could ask for and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness during our stay. If there was one bad part about the entire trip, it was leaving. Great house, ever better hosts, we plan on returning very soon.

My husband and I and our pet cockapoo, enjoyed an exceptional month long stay in Rafael and Ana's beautiful home. We launched our 18' boat nearby and explored the stunning waters of the Bay and the Atlantic ocean........and then pulled right up to our rental and tied off the boat; such great access to so many water adventures.Rafael and Ana have a Sparkling Clean and well-supplied home; there was nothing that we needed to do expect bring our clothes and go to the nearby grocery store!Rafael was positive, helpful, and responsive with our booking on-line. And both he and Ana were warm and welcoming when we arrived.Manatees swam daily through the canal in front of the home and you have the perfect view from their dock or tiki hut.Sunsets are Spectacular - and many of the neighbors and other visitors head out onto the balconies, their boats, kayaks, and docks to view the Splendid sunset views each day.This is a truly Special Spot, with Caring and Attentive hosts who want your stay to be pleasant, and an experience beyond expectations.

We loved staying here. The location is great for shopping and very safe. The house is immaculate, everything you need is here. Sit out under the tiki hut and watch the beautiful sunsets. Watch all the manatees , dolphin and fish swim by.The area is great for kayaking or paddle boarding. Raphael and Ana are the nicest people to rent from. We highly recommend renting here....you won't be disappointed!
