About the owner: We are avid skiers and devote as much time as possible to skiing in New England and out west during the winter, creating a nice opportunity for northerners who like to spend the winter months in the tropical temperatures in Palm beach, FL
We reside at the condo in Spring and Fall, when we renovate and upgrade the condo each year
As one of the longest time residents of lakeshore, we take great pride in the HOA and its upkeep of the grounds.
Recently the HOA building installed a new roof. Our HVAC system is only 3 years old and there is new furniture inside and on the balcony
