NOTE: There is construction work taking place on the pool and in the parking garage of Beach Cottages I and II. Guests have access to the pool at the Sand Dollar building, which is 2 buildings north of Beach Cottages I & II. This is taking place until January 2026.

Your slice of paradise awaits. This Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Gulf Front Corner Unit features two balconies providing amazing views of the Gulf of America and the beach. The living area is very spacious and even has a fireplace along with a large flat-screen TV with Netflix access and a Blu-ray player. There is a sliding door to the balcony from the bedroom. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, TV with cable and ceiling fan and features its own sliding door to the Gulf side balcony and a comfy seating area ensuite bathroom. The ensuite master bathroom has a step-in shower and dual sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and Bunk beds with two Twins, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The property has a Heated Pool with a large deck along with a Spa/Hot Tub and Gas Grills for guest use. The unit has Free High-Speed Internet Service and Free Long Distance (US and Canada). Located right next door to Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary. / You can watch the antics of the birds from the balcony. Free DVD movies and bikes, ask about Free Perks!

• Kids love attractions like Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Splash Harbour Water Park is the closest water park to the beaches and it’s right here in Indian Rocks Beach.
• Go fishing with Hubbard’s Marina. Let the staff of Hubbard’s Marina do all the messy stuff. Kids and parents can enjoy some time on the water together and laugh about the one that almost got away.
• Beach Art Center in Indian Rocks Beach has art classes for kids and adults.

Slow down at the bridge to the beach, and do the speed limit at the beach. There are people walking, riding bicycles, golf carts, and other funky street vehicles on Gulf Blvd. You can get a ticket for not stopping when someone is in a crosswalk. You’re at the beach. Time to take it easy and relax!
