JP’S TURTLE NEST – Come “out of your shell” and stay awhile at one of the few true beach cottages remaining! This so-cute beach cottage is only 55 steps to the beach with View of Gulf from living room! This cottage, among the many made famous by the “Plein Aire Cottage Artists,” is completely remodeled. This 1 Q bed/1 bath/1 Q sleeper unit has everything you’ll need to enjoy your optimum stay: 2 smart TVs, cent. HVAC, completely stocked kitchen, including a great blender, charcoal grill, and more (no dishwasher). Come frolic with the dolphins and watch the turtles hatch. This house is pet friendly so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. One (1) small dog under 20lbs allowed with non-refundable pet fee. This property does not have a washer/dryer, but there is a very nearby laundromat if you need.
There is one assigned parking spot. Ask rental manager about FREE Perks, weekday free bikes and Free DVDs.

• Go fishing with Hubbard’s Marina. Let the staff of Hubbard’s Marina do all the messy stuff. Kids and parents can enjoy some time on the water together and laugh about the one that almost got away.
• Beach Art Center in Indian Rocks Beach has art classes for kids and adults.
