2500 sq. ft. Welcome to our stunning, larger than average, 5 Bed 4 Bathroom villa with a beautiful view of the conservation area at the rear as background of our private pool. All rooms in the villa are spacious. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard.
The villa is located just off US 192 so very easy to travel to all the major theme parks. The villa has one of the prime positions on the 5 Star Bellavida Resort which is a safe, secure gated community. The are many shops and restaurants within the local area. And it is a very easy and convenient 5 minutes walk to the nearby 24/7 Walmart.
The villa is split over two floors which makes it ideally beneficial for accommodating 2 families. The sitting room has 3 large sofas providing comfortable seating, and a large screen TV. WiFi, Ipod Docks in all rooms and ADT security.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of cookware for even the most accomplished of chefs and the dining room has a formal table for dinner, and an additional breakfast table.
Also enjoy our dinning area and sitting space in our oversized pool deck, overlooking the unique conservation area where you will see lots of varied wildlife. There is also a gas BBQ. South facing pool, sun all day long.
There are lots of chairs and sun loungers. There is a covered lanai for al fresco dining.
Pool heat can be arranged at a fee of $35 per night incl all tax
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and direct access to pool. The second ensuite bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed. The fourth bedroom with two twin bed and tv and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and tv, sharing a bathroom in between.
Our villa has its own games room with pool table and table football, great for keeping the kids occupied. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Our local management team is always available to assist you with and needs you may have.
Strictly no smoking inside the villa, and strictly no pets.
This villa has a high repeat booking rate, so please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Andrew H.Fabulous Villa on Bellavida Resort
All I can say is fabulous, the villa was everything you promised and more, absolutely superb. Cleaning was done to a high standard throughout. Pool was enjoyed by all, multi coloured pool light at night was a nice suprise. Two downstairs bedrooms was especially good for our group as disability made stairs challenging, not a problem with this villa though. Lots of pot and pan and plenty of clean towels. Will definitely be back if the villa is available next time we visit Orlando.

This house was exactly as expected. It was huge and clean and fit everyone very comfortably! We had some issues with the hot water and the alarm system but the management company responded and acted quickly! A storm came through and ruined some of the screen around the pool that did not get fixed while we there, but that didn’t deter us from enjoying the pool. The grill was also brand new but there was absolutely no gas in the tank which was frustrating. The location to all the parks was great, about 20 minutes give or take traffic. Walmart is literally right outside the gates which was super convenient. The community is very nice and easy to navigate. We enjoyed the community pool as well! Would stay here again.

This is a Beautiful Large Whole House in a Lovely Villa. The house was very clean and well stocked! The bedrooms are nice sizes, beds comfy and loved the private baths. The pool was Great! Super convenient to go to Disney and Universal Studios. Walmart and Chick-fi-a only blocks away from house, loved that convenience! Lots of shopping areas on main strip. We all felt so comfortable there, wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely rent this house again in the future! The villa was in a great location backing onto countryside with a south facing pool area. Excellent value for money and communal facilities and location of Bella Vida ideal - 20 minutes to all the parks and with a large Wal Mart and restaurants within a few minutes drive.

The Villa was clean and tidy in a great location to get to all of the parks and amenities. Walmart was 2 minutes away by car and extremely handy for picking up supplies, the rooms in the villa were all spacious with plenty of storage space and ideal for families and friends, there was plenty of room around the pool to relax. There was everything you could possibly need in the Villa including hair driers in all bedrooms. The resort itself was peaceful and the gates were manned at all time, I would be very happy to recommend this villa to my friends.

This holiday was our 25th visit to Kissimmee and each time we prefer to stay in the area of the 192 near Bella Vida. The gated security entrance is well managed with polite and courteous staff. Onto the villa itself, it is well decorated and clean/tidy throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Pool area was excellent..well maintained with good comfy loungers. Would I stay here again? Simple answer...Yes.

Stayed at Bella Vida before and this is one of the nicest villa’s I have stayed. No back neighbors. Nice pool and lanai for breakfast and evening diners. Game room with pool table. All equipment is good quality. Beds are comfy. Airco can be set at the temperature you like. Will definitely come back here… Just loved our stay.. Thank you for having us.

Michelle D.Couples and family friendly condo in great neighborhood villa
I loved the neighborhood and villa community was great. The condo was very nice and in a great pet and family friendly neighborhood. If you are into walking, the neighborhood is great for sightseeing, so that you get to know the area. I chose this place, because of the two king bedrooms. The beds in the king bedrooms were pretty comfortable and the furniture throughout the house was very nice. The furniture was not old and worn, they have done a good job in maintaining the home. I loved the large screen TV in the living room, it is a great place to watch movies with the family. The kitchen was simply stocked with what you would need for basic cooking. You will need to bring your own condiments and basic cleaning supplies. It had a very nice round kitchen table which would seat 6-8 people; electric stove with a cappuccino and coffee maker. The pool area was a nice place to relax around. There was a Walmart and Chick-fil- a close by, within walking distance, which made it very convenient; as Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants. When a question arose, the management got back to me quickly. When contacting Johanna and Steven I found they respond quickly when emailed. Overall this is a nice place.

This villa was very spacious and was more than capable of accommodating my family during our stay. I loved the location. It isn’t far from the theme parks. It is securely located in a gated community with nice amenities. It is very convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. My family really enjoyed staying here. We arrived early June 20 and our group was amazed at how clean, modern and stunning the villa was. I had several conversations with the owners and it was like we have known them for a long time. The amenities in the villa are all top end and there was a ton of room for us to move about. The pool and patio were very pleasant. The villa is very competitively priced for it's size and condition.I would recommend this villa to anyone that has a need for a great space with many bedrooms and high person capacity.We will definitely consider staying at this villa the next time we plan an Orlando visit.
