Edgy's is an ice cream, coffee shop, gift shop and has misc. items to make your stay more enjoyable for those last minute things you might have forgotten. Pizza shop on-site. Free tram service. The condo has king bed in bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room. Two full baths. Linens and towels furnished. Living room has patio door onto balcony for enjoying your morning coffee, evening sunset views or just people watching. Full kitchen with all dishes, cooking items, built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. 2 flat screen TV's with free WiFi access.

Go to Buddy's fish shop on Hwy 79 just one block south of Hwy 98 for take home fresh fish and seafood or purchase your shrimp and have them steam it for you on-site to eat back at the condo while watching the sunset over the Gulf.
The pier across from Margaritaville is great for fish and fisherman watching or try it yourself. Small fee to access pier but worth it. Take photos, fish and just people watch. Along side on West side of the pier is the 'dog beach' where your pouch is allowed. Otherwise dogs are not allowed on PCB beaches. P.S.-Pets are not allowed at Edgewater.

Stayed in this Leeward 205 condo starting Dec 27 2021 till March 1 2022. Really enjoyed being on 2nd floor. You can sit on balcony and look out on everything and see beach without looking down and not be on upper floors. Kitchen was well stocked and amenities were fine. Perfect time to be in Panama City Beach, not crowded.

This condo had an amazing view of the Gulf. Sitting on the balcony watching the surf was ideal, as was the walk on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The condo was clean and very nice. Renting directly from the owners and avoiding the middle man worked out great. I would definitely rent this condo again if we should visit Panama City Beach in the future.

The condo is beautiful and the view spectacular! We stayed for 2 months- Feb. & March 2021. Everything needed is here, and it’s less busy at this end of the Edgewater complex. Sharon and Dave are very easy to work with and responded quickly to a couple of problems early in our stay. We will return for sure, thanks for a lovely winter vacation!

Sharon is perfect to deal with. Her and Dave had everything ready for us. The problem we had-- and this is why I didn't give 5 stars-- is the cleaning service. There was old soap bars in the corner of the tub. The refrig had grease on top from no wipe down. The mirros and sliding door had prints all over. Hall bath tub has not been scrubbed in a while. We understand the unit may not have been rented recently due to C-19 so there may not have been any kind of REFRESH done-- it should have been-- but we understand. Old soap bars and grease on top of refrig however is more than a C-19 problem. Who ever cleaned last missed items. Yes we would and intend on renting from them again. Perfect location on beach and in complex.

Second time I stayed at Leeward 204 simply amazing place to stay. Conveniently located for anything you want to do. Pier Park is just a short drive away and Walmart, Pineapple Willy’s etc etc are just down the road. Easy access to the beach just a few steps away from the white sand and parking lot is gated to give you comfort and safety. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars. Love it so much going back May 2020. And Sharon Brunell is so easy to deal with. GREAT GREAT place to stay!
