Your home is roomy, bright and clean. Also close to many area attractions, the Welland Park Base Ball Stadium and many restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing and long walks on the beach. We rent for a minimum stay of 5 nights during the year and a 1 month minimum stay from (January 1 - April 31, 2020). Our home is good for seniors, couples, adventurers, and families (with kids). Neighborhood is quite, clean and well kept up. Home is a single family private home on one level. 100 % furnished with free WI-Fi. Easy ground floor access for adults and kids. You have complete 24 hour access to your private home, parking and large private yard for you stay.
Our home also has a private office with computer and printer and Wi-Fi. Our home on Kimball Rd, Venice Florida was warm and welcoming. The perfect place to spend our winter vacation. Close to tennis courts, walking/biking trails and many beaches. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for family visitors. We enjoyed the private backyard for morning coffee and after a busy day enjoying and exploring beautiful Sarasota county. Our landlord Don was always available if we had questions or needed anything. He was open to suggestions to improve the home for a more enjoyable home away from home. We will be back!!

Strict - You should purchase travel insurance if there is a possibility of a cancellation. We will refund 100% -$150 marketing fee for cancellations before 90 days of your winter vacation check-in date. Inside 90 days we will only refund your reservation if we can re-rent your time period. During the summer and off season rates will refund 100 - less $150 sales/marketing fee up to 30 days before your vacation date. 30 days or less there is no refund unless we can re-rent your vacation dates.
Our winter rentals have a full one month minimum at all our properties.

Yes and we are currently looking for more owner homes and condos in Venice and Siesta Key Beach to ad to our rental program. AcoralBay Vacation supports both owners & renters. Ask about ownership and year round living on the west cost of Florida.
