My wife Helen and I spent April 2024 and April 2925 in this Condo The owner Jonathan has been super friendly and extremely organized, making it easy to enjoy our time at Heritage Point. The unit is spotless, with everything you need, bedding, towels, dishes ,cutlery along with first class appliances. The grounds of the resort are really nice, the pool is pristine and the club house is great. We would recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great vacation Joel and Helen Hall

The condominium complex is gorgeous. There is an abundance of Florida wildlife to see while taking in the Florida sunshine. The location to the beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva could not be better. Mr. & Mrs. Boyson are wonderful people to rent from. Their condo is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need. I enjoyed everyday!

We spent January & February, 2018 in this 2BR, 2BA condo at Heritage Pointe which is conveniently located near the beach, grocery stores, and excellent restaurants. The residents of this complex are very welcoming and the social committee plans many activities for locals & visitors. The heated pool is a great place to spend time & make new friends. The condo is spacious and attractively decorated. Everything you need to prepare meals, do the laundry and keep the unit clean is there . The owner purchased some new appliances in 2018 to simplify the household chores. The Boysons are amazing landlords! Their goal is to ensure that their tenants have everything they need to make their stay a pleasant one. We are looking forward to visiting our "home away from home" again in 2019.
