It is a nice place, very quiet community, complex very well looked after. Great place for biking, walking, and grocery shopping, There is everything in the Unit you need to stay for the winter. Joseph was very accommodating as we did not come the first year due to CoVid and he very generously held over our deposit for the next year.

Nancy C.Roomy, comfortable, well- stocked, clean and excellent location.
This unit is large and quiet with a screened in lanai overlooking a large pond where we enjoyed coffee or cocktails. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. Roku tv and wi-if were greatly appreciated. Nice breezes through the unit (as well as a fully functional AC) and wonderful green space for birds (parrots, ducks, egrets, ibis, mocking) and walking. Meadowbrook is a beautifully landscaped senior housing complex with a good size clean pool. Walkable to the many smaller good restaurants, Publix grocery store and Dania Beach Casino. An easy bike ride of less than 3 miles to the pier and the ocean in Dania Beach. Five miles to the famous Hollywood Broadwalk on the Atlantic Ocean and even less than that to the Hard Rock Casino. Also you can enjoy the horse track nearby at Gulfstream. We liked hikes and the viewing tower at the Ann Kolb nature center, the Hollywood hot glass studio, the Weiner Museum, and an easy 10 minute drive and water taxi ride down Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. Favorites for food were Quarterdeck, Ocean One, Three Sons Brewery, Orca D’ora, and Ocean One. Not far from Everglades either. We paid for a guided trip with a naturalist, but found it is not necessary as the area is well populated with tourist assistance. Only a 10 minute ride to airport. Lots to see and do. A perfect location. Landlord is helpful and responsive. Thanks so much Joe!
