This condo is a perfect location! Step outside to a beautiful beach. When tired of the beach, go to the pool. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Groceries are near by. 25 minutes to the Dali museum. A nice kids park approximately 10 minutes away. And, the condo is nicely furnished and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better long weekend!

Nick was an awesome host & so easy to work with. The inside of the condo was exceptionally spotless & nice. The bed was SO comfortable (We really enjoyed sleeping in after spending all day between the beach/pool!). My husband & I really enjoyed spending the day at the beach finding sand dollars, & ended the evening sitting outside on the balcony watching the sunset. The view from the condo is truly stunning, & we had everything we needed during our stay, because Nick had the kitchen well set up for cooking, extra bath/bea h towels, & even all the shower essentials. Nick was also very responsive to any questions, & even let us check in early & check out later so that we could make the most of our getaway. I would definitely stay here again if Nick would have us!! One of my favorite vacations ever!! Thank you so much for everything Nick!!!

Beautiful condo with an AMAZING view! Ocean is literally at your porch step. Condo was clean and had plenty of supplies for cooking your favorite meal. I really appreciated the beach towels and chairs for a fun day at the beach. It's in a perfect location and close to everything! We would definitely visit again in the future.

The view is stunning. I loved being up close to the beach. I left my bedroom barely cracked overnight to hear the waves and slept like a rock. The unit is well equipped and clean. The location is near everything. Only negative for me was I could have used beach towels and a foot stool in den. But those were very minor issues. Check in was a breeze. I will definitely rent again and for longer. Loved it!

Spent a great 8 days here. Condo was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials of home. Beach chairs, umbrella, tubes, and boogie boards were provided. Make sure you bring your own beach towels with you. Condo is on the 2nd floor so you spend less time in the older hot elevator. View is amazing. Can't find a place any closer to the beach than the Sunset Chatteu. Coin operated laundry on every floor so bring your quarters. For the turtle lovers there were about 6 nests roped off on the beach right in front. The owner Nick is a great guy and will address any questions or concerns with you right away.

We stayed at this condo for a week, and it was wonderful. The condo was so clean and just steps away from the beach . It’s close to bars and restaurants . And there’s a publix close by as well . The beach wasn’t crowed at all and the sunsets were amazing ! No complaints here . Just wish we could of stayed longer !

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Location was amazing and the beach is literally steps away. The condo itself was equipped with everything you needed (including beach chairs!!) and was very quiet in the evenings. I have stayed at Sunset Chateau several times in the last 10 years. It’s a beautiful place to go and enjoy the quiet beach. The condo was great. It had all the equipment I needed to make a homemade Thanksgiving meal. Kitchen well stocked. Everything in the condo worked, which was nice. The condo was clean and refreshing. The sunsets are amazing and we got a lot of good pictures.Nick was great to work with, everything went smooth. Would definitely book this condo again

We loved our stay at this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. The views were amazing and the access to the beach made going back and forth super convenient. The pool on the beach was also clean and refreshing after a day in the sun. Walking distance to Caddy's on the beach and a short 5 minute drive to Johns Pass. A 3 minute drive to one of our favorite restaurants while visiting, Sea Hags. Nick was great to work with and we are already looking forward to our next vacation here.

Condo is right on the beach. See beautiful sunsets right from condo. Other guests are return guest from year to year and very friendly. Condo is well maintained and very clean and owner is great to work with. I highly recommend this condo. Great restaurants in area. Our favorites are Leverocks and Middle Grounds, or visit the local seafood stores and cook your own fresh seafood in the well equipped kitchen.

First of all the rental process was easy and the owner was very prompt with rental agreement and info. When we arrived we were pleased with how clean the condo was and everything looked like the pictures on line. Location was perfect and the views amazing. We will definitely be back next October.
