Our Paradise awaits you in this luxurious, three bedroom, three bath 2250 sq. ft direct oceanfront condo located on the beautiful beaches of Daytona Beach Shores. The St. Maarten Beach Resort community includes 400 feet of ocean frontage and beach access, 2 ocean front pools, 1 indoor heated pool, hot tubs, full state-of-the-art fitness facility with separate his and her saunas and game room with pool tables.
This unit is ideal for large families or couples with children to share. Our unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed for everyone's enjoyment. We have three spacious bedrooms and three full baths. This unit has a fabulous open floor plan with direct ocean views, and large balcony. You can also enjoy the view of the world's most famous beach while sitting in the grand living room, dining room or master suite. Enjoy your favorite sports show or watch a movie with your family on our 65' Flat Panel High Definition TV. You have your own laundry room with brand new washer and dryer. All top of the line appliances in the spacious kitchen including smooth stove top, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cooking equipment and utensils.
Our large master suite features king bed, access to balcony, TV with DVD player, walk in closet. The spectacular master bath is extremely large with tub and walk in shower with double shower heads. The second bedroom features queen bed, TV, DVD player full private bath. Our third bedroom features two queen beds, large closet, TV, DVD player and use of hall full bath. Unit sleeps 8. All linens and beach towels are provided.
Daytona Beach Shores is rated one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun filled vacation. The Daytona Racetrack is only minutes away. There are plenty of things to do after the sun goes down, miniature golf, movies, ice cream, shopping, the main street pier and the bands playing in the band shell, and some great local non-chain, restaurants that have great food and reasonable prices. St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.), Disney World and Orlando area attractions, and The Kennedy Space Center are only an hour away.

The condo association requires a 2 week notice on all rentals, so we cannot take last minute rentals.

The St Maarten is in a great location for families. It is away from the busy boardwalk but close enough to visit. Our condos are big, roomy and feel like you are at the beach. We strive to make them a home away from home for our family and yours. Beautiful beach right outside your door, two outdoor pools, game room, and work-out room. Among the many attractions close by are playgrounds, a water park, many various restaurants, cinema, live theater, museums, a library and winery tours. There are many shops to explore, including antique and an outlet mall. Various types of water sports include boating, deep sea fishing, sailing, parasailing, water skiing, paddle boating, pier fishing, surfing, and wind-surfing. I highly recommend our favorite: strolling our beautiful beach. Golf and tennis are also available in the area.

This is our second year staying at this beautiful, very spacious condo on Daytona Beach Shores. Beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable furniture and amenities in every room. Kitchen is well stocked with thoughtful amenities I did not expect. Could not want for anything. Absolutely perfect. Walk out your sliding door to the patio and down a few steps to the pool (another one a few steps away). Just a few more steps down the ramp to the beach and ocean. Location is great near an abundance of activities, great shopping and restaurants. Hated to leave but looking forward to next year. The hospitality extended to us by the Owner is far and above anything I have ever experienced.

There are no words to describe our rental! I’ll start with PERFECT! Shirley is quick to respond and she and Joe have exceeded all expectations with this unit. Not only was it immaculately clean, it had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. The first floor was perfect for us with our 15 month old granddaughter. We will definitely be returning!

Your condo as usual was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a more complete kitchen with all the small appliances needed for great dinner preparation. The furnishings were great and comfortable and the location is perfect we are a pickleball family and having the great courts right down the street was so handy. As usual I have no complaints and am definitely looking forward to next year.

Our family just returned from a wonderful week spent at Unit 101, 1st Floor Oceanfront - St Maarten, and what a wonderful week it was! The unit was totally amazing and though it was beautifully decorated (beach theme), it was still comfortable and made my family feel "right at home"! Having the oceanfront was amazing, and the pools and other amenities at the complex were great. My grandson loved it so much he wants to take up permanent residency! The owner and property management team couldn't have been more accommodating. My son and his family went on a fishing tour and they each caught several fish, which were taken to a seaside restaurant where they filleted and breaded the fish, added fries and coleslaw and we had a delicious lunch. We also took a day and toured the Kennedy Space Center. We had a great time and are looking forward to next year at this little piece of paradise!

We cannot accept last minute rentals : The Condo Association requires a 2 week rental / notice on all rentals, so we cannot take last minute rentals.
The St Maarten Condo Association does not allow short term renters have pers. They consider anything under 1 year short term.
