Deam home in they keys is one of the very few legal weekly rentals in Islamorada. It is a 4000 square foot home on water with heated/chilled Pool. Located in an exclusive area of all waterfront homes. This immaculate two-story home offers a luxurious and very private setting. Ryan's place has 5 large bedrooms and three baths. Equipped with four king beds, one queen bed, two queen sofa sleepers, a futon and four singles. All top quality mattresses. Sheets 800 or higher. Both the down stairs/up stairs have tv and three of the bedrooms have TV's. The kitchen is extremely spacious and well-equipped.
The screened verandah overlooks the pool and water area filled with blooming tropical landscaping. The veranda has two seating areas and a large teak table that can extend to 10 feet and seat 10 comfortably. Just a sliding glass door from the kitchen. Windows and sliding glass doors make up most of the house providing the feeling of living at one with the tropics.
The outdoor entertainment area is complete with heated pool, barbecue grill, outdoor shower, and 100 foot of dock space on deep natural, crystal clear canal which is right at channel two.
And of course home has COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE and bait freezer. Beautiful Tiki Hut to enjoy our wonderful weather.

This was our first family trip to the FL keys and we had the most amazing time! Bridget was so helpful, especially since we booked prior to covid and decided to take our planned trip. She answered all my questions in a timely matter, helped us find kids life jackets and referred us to a friend of hers (Jeff) who rents boats. We did lots of lounging in the cabana, swimming in the awesome heated pool and fishing! Could not have asked for better. We look forward to staying longer on our next trip. There is so much to do in the keys and Islamorada was a luxury locale! A+++

Myself and a group of friends had to cancel a trip due to Hurricane Sally in the Gulf. At the last minute we reach out to Bridgett about her house in Islamorada. She made everything so easy. House was clean and spacious even for a group of 8 Guys. The pool and the back patio were awesome & the dock had plenty of room for our 2 boats. Everyone on the trip was pleased with the house in every way.

Last week we spent a nice week in Marathon. Perfect home for 3 families. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. We thoroughly enjoyed the home. Plenty of room for everyone and a dock big enough for our two boats - 22 ft. and 26 ft.

We had the most exceptional time at this home. It’s spacious with enough rooms for everyone. The house was clean and well put together. The linens in every room are luxurious and majority of the beds king size. There were ample towels for the number of guest and plenty of children’s items like high chair and pack and play. The pool was perfect, not terribly deep so you can stand and enjoy a drink while cooling down. Majority of our time seemed to be spent there when not on the boat. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful. We had such a wonderful time here and fully intend on staying again next time we are in the Florida Keys.
