Unique Benefits

The minute we walk into the condo, we felt in love with the view and the feeling we got. We felt like we were in the Island with the beautiful view of The Gulf of Mexico, and all the palm trees. It was such a peaceful feeling!!! The complex has so many amenities with its hot tubs, pools(heated), sauna,,,,,, for the money...it cant beat. That is why we decided that we would make this condo...our 'Island Retreat'.

Why Kids Love It

We have children ourselves, so ...our condo is children friendly. We keep beach toys for the little ones and plenty board games from Candyland to Monopoly. The bunks were design with kids in mind as each bunk as it own light, USB port ( childproof) and book case. The complex has kiddie pool as well and in season , Memorial Weekend to Mid August.....movies by the pool and a kid program.
