The heart of the home is a spacious living room, where there is plenty of seating and a TV. From this area you have a dining space and kitchen c/w breakfast bar. There are sliding doors from the dining space that lead straight to your own private pool and spa oasis. Whether you crave an afternoon of sunbathing or a magical evening swim under the stars, this secluded retreat is yours to enjoy in total peace of mind. Plenty of furniture and loungers are there to be used. There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
There is also a lanai upstairs or on the front porch to contemplate life or just the view!
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full family dinner. Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table, perfect for gatherings and conversation.
There are four bedrooms over two levels
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1: King Master c/w ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and double vanity
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: King size bed c/w ensuite bathroom – c/w TV
Bedroom 3: 1 Twin and 1 full bed that has a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom 4 – c/w TV
Bedroom 4: 1 Bunk bed (full & twin) and 1 Bunk bed (twin & twin) that has the Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom 3 – c/w TV.
All the TV’s in the bedrooms are Smart TV’s
All towels and linens are included.
Pets under 40lb are allowed with prior agreement and an additional fee of $150 per pet
NO SMOKING allowed within the villa.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
Parking is on the street at the front of the house.
Please note at the rear of the house there is a small completely self contained Sudio. It has it's own entrance. It does not have access to your pool.
Guests will have access to a few amenities at the Resort: pools and gyms
There are three signature golf courses onsite, and you have access to the short game practice area. You can arrange to play on the main greens, but this is subject to an extra fee. You can reserve your golf tee time for up to two weeks before you play. The practice area is included for free. On the nights it is offered Evening Glow Golf Event Entry is also free.

Let me start by saying location was Ok.South of I-4 not so good. Traffic very bad to theme park near I-4. Gated community nice. Guards were very nice and pleasant. Now for the Villa. Villa was beautiful.Entry and exit were very easy. Everything we needed. Pool and spa were beautiful. One problem we had was getting heat for the spa.Paid for pool and spa heat.Called management said they had no record of me paying for heat,but would send someone out to turn it on.Never got spa heat above 90 degrees.Not to happy about that part.For the most part stay was pleasant.Would recommend staying here.

Awesome stay a beautiful vacation rental in Davenport Florida. A very beautiful home with all of the amenities. Everything was convenient to the home. The home had 24hr gated security. Just absolutely amazingly beautiful home in a very pleasant neighborhood. Our booking agent answered every question very promptly. I would use this booking again for my next vacation rental.

This Villa is Located in the Country gated community. Quiet area for walking and 25 minutes to Disney by taking the local roads. close to Publix and some fast food . the House is big from front door to back door is 96 feet. Large dining room and two big living rooms . 6 big bedroom with themes. Well decorated and all appliances no issues. Outside dining area ideal for morning breakfast by the pool. with TV Hot tub and pool additional cost but worth it. Back yard is forest area with deer , raccoons walking through as a added bonus. Water Song is gated and sidewalks for walking. large heated pool at club house only downfall no tennis court. Contact Adrian nice man .

We went down for a football tourney this four bedroom villa was great. We were concerned about being stuck in a hotel room for the week so this was perfect plenty of room and very clean. If the weather is good there is a pool with a nice outside sitting area. We would definitely rent again.

Great house for 10 people to stay in Disney area. It was our 6th time visiting the area and this was the best house we have ever rented. Kitchen is fully equipped, we found everything we needed, and we love cooking. The gas BBQ was is very practical to use inside the lanai with a fan that blows the smoke away from the house. The dining table fits 10 people (which is normally not the case in other houses). The 5 bedrooms were very spacious with very comfty beds: 2 king, 1 queen and 2 twin (2 beds each). The swimming pool was fully enjoyed by the kids. The playroom is very entertaining for youngster. Thanks Stephen and Johanna... we look forward renting your house again!

If you're anything like me, when you read an online review, until you have the experience for yourself, you will always wonder if the person who wrote the review is actually telling the truth or just making the review up or the one I really hate, perhaps a relative or the owner. I can say firsthand that this property was immaculate in every way. I was worried that we were too far away from Disney and it would take too long to get there or that I would have some other issue, like the property was run down or something. I can truly say that this property is perfect for a Disney family get away. Great physical location, Great property, Great owners and it was at a Great price . . . I wouldn't change a thing. This property had everything we wanted and more. Beds were exceptional. nice pool. BBQ area spacious and great for playing cards under the FAN. great pool table. Fine selection of videos to watch. overall one of the very best house rentals we have had over our 10 florida visits also very good location across the road from the main clubhouse as well. walmart around the corner all the standard restaurants within 5 min drive rent here and you will not be disappointed regards K Doyle
