Boat slips are for use by owners only. Renters may not bring boats or use slips.
This condo is privately owned and there is not an office onsite to check in. All guests must provide ID and credit card to reserve. Guests must contact owner the day of arrival for check in instructions and to get through the gate initiallly.
Reservations are non-cancellable. You must purchase trip interruption insurance to protect yourself against bad weather, sickness, travel plane changes etc.
No Pets are allowed, if you bring a pet an automatic charge of 350.00 will be charged to your card on file and your reservation will be cancelled immediately.

Loran G.Cozy, Comfortable Marina Condo
Neat, clean and very comfortable condo for the two of us. The pool, gazebo, sheltered deck and marina provided a variety of areas to lounge, swim and read during the wonderful 80 degree weather. Plenty of near by restaurants for a variety of dinning. Planning to return.
