We are the Pitblado family. 6 adults 4 children, 3 families. We have stayed in many villas over 33 years going to Orlando and Jon ‘s villa is one of the best. It has plenty of room for 3 families and the pool view is so relaxing after a hard day at the parks. The kitchen is very well equipped, my wife said if it had an air fryer she would have given it a 10 . ( it had to do with making 4 grandkids quick snacks) The parks are easily reached by way of the I4 , and the 192 and Walmart are just up Old Lake Wilson road. The 4 bathrooms with one accessed from the pool were enough for 3 families. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone , it has all you need, lots of space , very well appointed kitchen and is very reasonably price . Thank you Jon for all your help we will definitely be back.

We all loved the house, pool and Spa. The house is massive with 3 lounge areas, 2 dining areas inside, the kitchen is well equipped and very big, with the added advantage of a pantry. The area is safe and the house is very close to I4, and champions gate, and Posner park. Ample parking for 2 large vehicles

We had an excellent time at the Villa which was conveniently located in a safe and quiet residential area with easy access to the highways The Villa easily accommodated the 9 people in our party and had a superb swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi which we all enjoyed using With easy access to the parks and local restaurants and shops we would highly recommend this location for exploring Florida for any future holidays

Fantastic home! Very spacious. Lots of room for a big family to stay. Very clean.. fun to have a pool table and air hockey to play. Beautiful pool. Nice neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Short drive to the theme parks. Only negative was that there was no recycling bin.. felt bad growing things in the garbage. But was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

House is in a quiet neighborhood with no neighbors in back. The pool is very private and beautiful! All the pictures were totally accurate. We had a wonderful time. Wish we had allowed for one day to stay at the house and enjoy the pool. It was quite convenient to all the Disney parks. And there were many restaurants in close proximity to the house.
