Binding Guidelines for Confirmed Guests
There are 2 sets of keys upon arrival.
The cleaning company has a checklist when they
arrive and reports back us ( owners ) if a set of keys
are missing or any item is damaged, broken or missing
If a set of keys is lost by a guest the management companies
fee to replace the lobby door key is $ 125.00.
If any major item is broken or missing we ( owners) will
replace the item and the guest will be charged for replacement.
Once a deposit is received and guest receives a confirmation
for reservation the above guidelines are binding for the guest.
