The property is on 1 acre of land in Homosassa Florida. Is on the water. With a boat and fish house. We suggest all our renters to put their boat in on the main river of homosassa at the public ramp at MAC Rae’s or paid boat ramp at River Side Vilas. There is plenty of room for boat to be parked in the front our property till you drive it down to drop it in for the day you decide to be on the water. We suggest this due the amount of oyster bars and shallow waters. This can be lessened if the boat is dropped off on the main river at the provided boat ramps. There are clearer Channel markers to follow there.

Our guests enjoy staying at our property due to the amount of outdoor space and nice quiet environment over staying at MAC Rae’s and River Side Vilas.
