Large open floor plan in living area to kitchen and enclosed pool and deck. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with ensuite full baths, flat screen TV's, king beds, and sliding glass doors to either caged pool deck or open air sundeck. 3rd bedroom is guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and large walk in closet. 3rd full bath is in hall near guest bedroom with tub/shower. 2100 square foot home. Master suites are located on opposing ends of home for privacy and spaciousness. Large yard with circle drive and 2 car garage (parking for 1 car, other side for beach stuff, i.e. beach wagon, chairs, coolers, pool toys, etc.) Open air sundeck equipped with tables chairs and gas grill. Outdoor shower for sandy beach returns to house.

Beautiful neighborhood across street from Siesta Key Public Beach. Well kept homes in upscale neighborhood with friendly neighbors and very peaceful.

Absolutely the best location! House was clean and has everything you need. Especially liked pulling wagon with all the beach items the short distance to the beach. Owners very helpful and quickly replaced coffee pot and had cable fixed. Could use a little updating- bed linens, towels and blankets (some stained and have holes); suggest lighter, beachy pictures and decor. Nice to not have extra charges like you do for VBRO or AirBnB.

This house was beyond expectation! The outdoor living area/kitchen was like nothing we have ever rented. The pool was absolutely perfect. The interior of the home was wonderful! The only negative things were the smoke alarms in the bedrooms flashed a very bright light every few minutes...I mean like strobe light bright! Instructions for the trash removal were a bit confusing and a lot of the light switches did not work. That being said this house is a 12 out of a 10!!

We recently had the opportunity to rent this home for a large family vacation. It had great amenities on site, we had everything we needed or wanted. Great proximity to the beach and town. The heated pool was awesome and definitely a favorite for the kids and adults. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Very private for being in a community. Great experience renting this lovely home.

This home is truly only a 5 minute walk to Siesta Key beach. CLEAN, very comfortable and welcoming with that old Florida feel. Thrilled with all nice amenities! From providing paper towels to the moisturizing hand soaps. Well stocked kitchen dishes,utensils and pans. Ample beach towels and toys for the beach. Very respectful hosts,great place!

We are a family of 6 spending time together in this beautiful house. Very clean and confortable home, walking distance to the beach. We are in love with everything in this area. Thanks to Cindy and her husband for being such a good hosts. We will definitely come back. Having a great time!!!!!
