Beautiful island of Siesta Key, this building and condo are mid way, or in the middle of the island on the beach/gulf front. Many canals, bay and bay inlets. Beachy, kinda laid back people, dress code is casual, everywhere. Wear your shorts and flip flops to the restaurants, everybody's on island time!! Unless you have a reservation somewhere.
The beach, the beach the beach! Oh and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Calm waters usually and gorgeous powdered sugar white sand. 99% pure quartz, you have to see our sand to believe it! Looks like snow, glistening in the sun.
McDonalds, kidding. No fast food joints on our island. Dinner: Flavios, Lobster Pot, Cafe Gabbianos, Hub, the Cottage, Siesta Key- Summerhouse (reservations only! pricey but delicious). We loved the location of the resort Condo. Staff and other patrons were extremely friendly and accommodating. Siesta Key Public Beach is directly across the street and easy to get to with the chairs/wagon provided at the condo. The Village is not a bad walk at all; less than 1 mile. Numerous golf carts and trolleys are available to take you up and down Beach Road as well operating from 10am to 10pm. These folks work off tips, which made it very economical to get around. No need to rent a vehicle for this week stay. Some things that could be improved include adding enough bath towels for a week’s stay. We do not mind reusing towels; but having to pay $4.00 to wash clothes 3 times a week was more than we anticipated. We did learn we could pay additional money to request towels however. We had to wash the extra blankets that were in the condo upon arrival because they were dirty, did not expect this. We recommend staying on Siesta Key at Crescent Royale Condominiums and plan on doing so again next year.

When we first opened the door to the condo, we knew picked the right place! So cute & clean. Perfect for our 7 day stay at the beach we love. Just steps from the best beach made it a breeze to walk across the street. Chairs, pool noodles, coolers & a wagon made it easy to haul across the street. The very large pool made for a nice dip after spending the day at the beach. We decided not to rent a car & had groceries delivered which made for less stress getting what we needed & the elevator was convenient in getting our stuff up to our floor. The condo was very comfortable & had everything we needed. We spent every evening sitting in the lanai looking out at the beach after we had returned from the village or had just gotten back from watching a beautiful sunset. Jim & Cindy we so accommodating & were available for any questions we had. The free trolley & Fog Hop vehicles drove right past the condo making it easy to jump on & go where ever we needed. We will definitely be back! Thanks for making our stay so stress free!

Roger B.Great Place on The Siesta Key Beach
Nice, gated entry to a laid back 7-story condo building (this condo is on the 4th floor). Beautiful view of the gulf from the lanai, just across the road from the Siesta Keypublic beach—touted as the best beach in the US, and I would concur. Walkable to Siesta Key Village with several great restaurants and took bars, shops and market. Property has a great salt-water pool, workout facilities, pool table, shuffleboard court. Condo is upscale with granite and tile throughout (bedrooms have carpet), all kept in great shape. Owners Jim and Cindy were very helpful and gracious hosts.

Loved Crescent Royale. Everyone so nice, and welcoming. Condo had everything you could possibly need. Spectacular view of Siesta Key beach! We also utilized the shuttle to the village, great fun. Could only wish for warmer weather. Will definitely return!!!

The view of Siesta Key Public beach was great from the Lanai. The Pool was heated, but warm enough to go for a swim- perhaps because it was a colder than usual January. We were only there for a week, so not a great experience when the weather is not great. The condo was clean and updated with granite, both baths had updated walk in showers. The King bed had a very comfortable foam top mattress.
