It was the perfect size for two vacationers. We are older, and appreciated how nice and quiet it was. On top of that, the condo rental backed up to the pool and barbecue area, literally steps away. Clean and cozy, with all of the anemities you could possibly need. At least a dozen restaurants of all types and price ranges within a five or six minute drive. My wife has always loved going to Canaveral National seashores, and this location was less than a 20 minute drive. We literally could not have asked for a more perfect location, and the owners were extremely helpful.To add to this whole thing, on the day we were scheduled to return to New York, our flight out of Orlando was canceled at the very last minute. They were unable to provide us with a return trip until 3 days later. One phone call to the owner, and we were back in the condo for the duration of our wait. Just incredibly helpful people. We will be back!

When relocating to the Titusville area, I wanted to find a nice short term rental in order to get to know the area before I decided to buy something. I decided to rent this place.It is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants and easy viewing to the rocket launches, Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, etc. I rented here for 6 months.The condo is spacious and has all the necessities needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool right outside the backdoor was very convenient and kept very clean. The barbeque grill was wonderful to use. The neighbors were also nice and friendly. You are also able to make use of the Country Club for eating out. The food is delicious there.Not only did I find a great place to live for 6 months, I became friends with Dreena and her family. We make time to have lunch together when she is in town.I would recommend this a wonderful place to stay for any length of time.

First renters and arrived in time for New Years eve! Condo was located within the La Cita golf community! Condo was clean & well equipped. Spent the month at the pool just steps away outside the back door, great for sitting & reading in the sun. BBQ grill was need by. Owner was easy to work with & took care of any concerns. Hope to go back next year for 3 months.
