Step off our pool deck into the sand and take a stroll along on one of the most beautiful and tranquil stretches of beach on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Float or swim laps in the crystal clear pool then pull up a lounge chair and soak up some rays.
Grab your beach chairs and sit by the Gulf where you can watch dolphins swim, birds soar, and listen to the sound of the surf meeting the shore.
Cast a line right on the beach, catch your dinner, then fire up a grill for some alfresco dining.
And at the end of the day relax under one of two tiki huts while watching the sky turn color as the sun melts into the sea.

The Condo:
Bedroom with King bed and your choice of goose down or foam pillows.
Tiled Bathroom with walk in shower, Grohe shower system, built in shelves and bench, plus dual flush commode, huge mirrored over sink cabinet; and a blown glass light fixture with dimmer.
Kitchen with custom maple cabinetry, Quartz countertop, white glass cooktop, and lots of built-ins including a refrigerator closet.
Amenities:
Flat panel TV with HD cable, HD DVD player, Ipod docks, bluetooth speaker, free secure high speed internet (hard wired and wireless), printer/copier/fax, answering machine, and land line with free local calls.
For your comfort there is individually controlled air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom and for your convenience we provide body wash, body lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, basic cooking spices, coffee filters, sugar, sugar substitute, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, large beach towels and beach umbrella. You will often find cooking oil and vinegar in the cabinet, but we do not guaranty these two particular items.
As a bonus we added a tankless water heater for endless on-demand hot water, and triple filtered water system throughout.
The Building:
Reserved parking, coin operated laundry, pool and deck with deck chairs, two tiki huts, designated grilling area, direct beach access.

Situated on one of the most exclusive, beautiful and tranquil beaches on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Although stores, bars, restaurants are all close by, there are no commercial properties in Belleair Beach and the beach trolly does not stop in this town so you will definitely need a car or use Uber/Lyft/Taxi if you stay here.
Nearby attractions include the Pinellas bike trail; kayak, jet ski and boat rentals; the Belleview Biltmore, Don Cesar and Safety Harbor spas; golf and tennis; and fishing and dolphin watching just outside your front door.

Why this property? Small quite building with friendly neighbors, spectacular beach views, in ground pool, and extremely clean beach with very limited public access.

Robin's condo on the beach was absolute heaven on earth! Our new favorite spot! Stunning ocean views, steps from the white beach, which was never crowded, and local residents were so very friendly! Not to mention the condo itself was SPOTLESS and fully equipped...beach chairs, umbrella, towels, sugar, spices, pots, pans, dishes...anything you need to enjoy your stay, Robin's place has it! Just pack, go, and hit the store on the way or once you are there!Throughout our stay, we seen birds, manatees, squid, baby stingrays (at night) and enjoyed some of the best shelling Florida has to offer all without ever leaving the property!

Everything you need is provided except the food but with so many restaurants around you don’t need much. Pool is refreshing and beach is calming.
