Great Condo with Beautiful View

Tina’s Treasure Island Resort condo is a perfect place to stay. It is very spacious and nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped; and for coffee drinkers, there is a combination Keurig and drip coffee pot. The view of the beautiful Gulf water can’t be beat. Tina is a great hostess. I would definitely stay here again!

A True Treasure!

We had a wonderful week in Panama City Beach that was highlighted by Tina's Treasure Island Unit 611. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. As always, Mrs. Tina was very easy to work with and accommodated our last minute stay with true hospitality. This was our first stay at their Treasure Island condo but we will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect friendly beach condo

I love the Thomas Dr location. Very close to St Andrews State Park. Close to some great restaurants. The condo was clean and very nice. My grandboys loved the bunk beds. We had everything we needed in the condo for cooking and for baths. It was very nice. The pool was great also. Right on the beach. Would love to stay there again.

Fantastic views right on the beach with beautiful sunsets!

First time staying at Treasure Island Resort and at Panama City Beach. The location is amazing, directly on the beach with an unobstructed balcony view to magnificent sunsets! Lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance and really enjoyed the atmosphere there. A lot of activities are readily available. The condo was well supplied and had everything we needed. The condo was quite spacious and had plenty of common area as well as large bedrooms. Tina is a fantastic host and was great to work with, We would definitely stay here again. This is a great family-friendly condo with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub.

Honeymoon

After not receiving our passports to go on our dream honeymoon, at the very last minute, Tina was so accommodating to let us rent their condo at the beach! It was very last minute, but she was so accommodating and the condo is perfect! We got to relax and enjoy ocean views anyway!

Travel does the heart good.

We love staying at Treasure Island Condo. It is peaceful. It is about 20 min from the main attractions, 10 min from eating places, and walking distance from a restaurant. Staying in the condo is like being at home. You have everything you need. We love staying here!

Great place to stay

Thank you for such a great weekend at your lovely condo. The condo is beautiful with all the amenities one would want. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the beach and enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the action below. It was a particularly nice place to sit and paint. It’s centrally located. We found good restaurants and took a sunset cruise. One minor glitch for me was that our bed was a high one! At 5 ft 2 in I had to take a running jump to climb inI look forward to returning. Treasure Island 611

Me and my family stayed in unit 611. The water was beautiful and clear. I been staying in Panama since 1999 and was the clearest I’ve ever seen. The room was amazing and so was Tina from who I rented from.

Finding Treasure on the World’s Most Beautiful Beach

Tina’s Place was an absolute treasure! The 2 bedroom condo is more than spacious for 4 adults! Check-In and Chair rental was a breeze with the information sent prior to our visit. The condo was clean and the decor was Florida at its best! With Schooners basically next door, you can have an early dinner or a quick bite and then hop back to the balcony to enjoy the most gorgeous sunset without all the crowds. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Fantastic rental!

We stayed in unit B611. This is a fantastic rental! Great location, excellent full view of the ocean and very relaxing after a day on the beach or in town enjoying the restaurants or activities. The condo was exceptionally clean, all the amenities you could need. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of seating for guests and we met a couple from close to our hometown. Huge heated pool, easy step down from pool to the beach and ocean and found shells on the beach. Tina was very responsive to questions and a great host. Will definitely rent again. Wonderful vacation.

New Vacation Spot

We have been vacationing at PCB for over 25 years and this was by far the best location, condominium and overall experience we have had. The condo was as described, clean, well furnished and a great location. Treasure Island Resort overall is organized clean and the staff is very helpful. Beautiful view

My family and I came down for a short stay and loved every minute. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. They were quick to respond when we had any questions. Condo was roomy and extremely clean. Furniture was comfy and tasteful. We loved the beach chairs that were provided and Joe, the chair man, was amazing. The complex is within walking distance of a few great neighborhood restaurants and bars. Overall we were more than pleased with our stay and we can’t wait to go back!

"Great Condo Vacation For Home Away From Home"

My Family stays in Treasure Island Unit 611 every year. It is AMAZING! Breathtaking Views! It is our Family's Home Away From Our Home! Family Atmosphere, Condo is Very Nice, Everything we need if we don't want to go out, Beach Access, Beach Chair Access, Clean Condo and Building, A little store at the pool for drinks, food, and all your beach needs if you left something at home, Nice big pool for everyone, Exercise Room to work out, Your own parking space in a covered area from the hot sun and rain. Tina the owner is so sweet, she is quick to respond to all your needs. My family will not go anywhere else! We love it here!

Great condo!!

My friend and I recently stayed in 611 at Treasure Island. This condo has many features that will make us want to rent again. Starting with the owner, Tina. She is very quick to answer any questions and makes the entire rental experience seamless. The condo is in a great location and right on the beach which provides for a wonderful view of the beautiful water. We spent most of our time at the condo sitting on the large balcony watching the waves and the people. The condo is well stocked if one wanted to fix a meal, but with so many great restaurants nearby, we only used the kitchen to fix morning coffee! The beds were very comfortable with nice mattresses and soft linens. Also, nice fluffy towels and plenty of them. Tina pays attention to details that will ensure repeat renters! Another feature that we really enjoyed was the fact that if one parks on the sixth floor you can avoid using the elevator every time you leave. This is very convenient when checking in and when packing up to go back home especially. There are plenty of carts available on each floor to help with this also. Very convenient! The Treasure Island complex is very well maintained and the pool and beach area were always very clean. Don’t hesitate to rent, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this condo and can’t wait until our next visit!!

You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely love coming to PCB and been renting from Tina for quite a few years. She has beautiful condos, nicely appointed and always clean, Never had any issues and she is always very responsive to your inquiries. I do not look anywhere else because I know I won't be disappointed with any of Tina's condos. The pool and beach are awesome at Treasure Island! Our favorite places to eat in PCB is Uncle Ernie's and Salty Sue's. My husband and I see a Massage Therapist while we are down here who is absolutely amazing at deep tissue massage. His busines is called The Good Kevin. Got to check him out if you love massage!

Great Breach stay

Beautiful condo with great amenities. Very clean and spacious. Loved the open, well equipped kitchen - most beach condos have small cramped kitchens. Walk to the beach is so close. Large pool with plenty of chairs. Having 2 free beach chairs with an umbrella was definitely a perk. Great location. Would definitely stay again and refer friends. Tina was so kind and helpful!

Great Beach Getaway

Even with Hurricane Sally we still had an amazing time. The condo is great-only suggestion would be to talk with your cleaning crew...floors, kitchen & baths could have had a bit more attention. But overall, a 5 star trip and we will be sure to return again.

Family Vacation Trip To Panama City Beach!

We stayed at Treasure Island Resort in unit 611. We had a wonderful week. The condo had everything we needed. The condo was labeled with what light switch goes with what room (great idea). The balcony was so nice of a view. The Treasure Island Beach chairs was included with the room, a bonus! Tina was so nice with the whole process. She was prompt with everything we needed. We will be coming back! It was home away from home!

Perfect Escape!

What a wonderful week we had at Tina's beach condo! The unit was very roomy and had everything we could have needed and more! Quality... from nice soft towels and comfy beds to a super nice blender, and everything in between. Being on the 6th floor made it super easy to load/unload gear. The area on Thomas Drive was quiet. We walked around to the souvenir shops in the evening with very little traffic, almost none! For anyone concerned about Covid19 - the unit was very clean - even had cleaning products under the counters. The condo itself (Treasure Island) was doing their best. We saw staff around cleaning all of the time. They require face masks in the store/snack bar. They have the beach chairs spaced out the best they can. The gulf waters were so calm that we spent many hours in the ocean where you can easily social distance!! We look forward to coming back again!

First time to PCB

This was our first time to PCB and really enjoyed it! We were very happy with our rental with Tina! When we needed something she was in constant contact. She was patient with me during the rental process since I am so skeptical of everything and was nervous about doing a private rental. I will be renting from her again for sure!! Room was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for the week. We recommend Pier 77 for dinner and take a ride with Sea Screamer!!

Tina's Treasure Island Condo

This was our 3rd year staying at Treasure Island and our first time to stay in this unit. We have a large family, and it was more than accommodating. It is a much quieter end of the beach. The condo is perfect! It has all the dishes, and utensils you could possible need. It is beautifully decorated and plenty of room! I even went home and ordered the sheets on the bed, they were so soft. Thank You for letting us enjoy your condo for the week!

Beautiful Condo
