White Whale is a newly constructed home finished in the Spring of 2021. It is a stunning home with unobstructed Gulf views, private heated pool, elevator, and soon plenty of space for boat parking. This home was built by the same owner who owns our current homes McCosh and Oaks Rest Barn as well as owned our past homes such as Grey Whale, Cottage by the Sea, and Casa Verde. Every new build just gets better and we are thrilled to welcome White Whale into the family. This home has the same layout as Grey Whale had, but with all of the upscale and extra amenities we wished for.
White Whale is located in a prime location at St Joe Beach alongside Hwy 98 with unobstructed Gulf views as far as the eye can see including those breath taking western Gulf sunsets! This location offers convenient and quick access to the beach, Port St Joe, Mexico Beach, and St Joseph Bay. You will never be more than minutes away from all of the amazing restaurants, shops, and marinas of both beach towns! In fact, you will only be about 1/3 of a mile from Shipwreck Raw Bar for meals out with the family. Beach access for White Whale is just steps away across Hwy 98 and we offer a beach cart to make the short 100ft walk even easier.
Love to boat, kayak, fish, or any other watersport? This home is the spot for you! There is room for boat or watersports trailer parking beside and in front of home. Combine that with White Whale’s quick and easy access to Mexico Beach and Port St Joe’s marinas and boat launches and you have a boater’s paradise!

I can’t express enough how lovely a stay in the White Whale was. Everything was top shelf and new. We loved everything about the house. It is decorated with such good taste. It was extremely nice to have a private pool. It isn’t a large pool but it served our family well. They allow pets and I am so thankful that I could bring my fur babies. I appreciate those folks who are willing to share their beach homes.

White Whale is a beautiful property with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the beautiful sunsets. The Port St Joe area is peaceful and quiet most of the year. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. We have rented through Teresa’s beach rentals several times and they are always a pleasure to work with.
