SHERWOOD LAKES is a charming community of 15 private Town Home Style Condominiums. This family friendly complex has its own private tennis court and large pool area. Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset at the beach.
The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV, and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the second floor and has a comfortable King sized bed. The master comes equipped with a walk in closet for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with walk in shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a King size bed and closet.
The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a walk in shower.
The LARGE POOL AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing.
The Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the garage space. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.
Parking: One parking spot in driveway is included. Garage is not for parking .

Had a great time. Everything was as advertised. Well equipped and clean. Especially liked being close to the pinellas trail and to tarpon springs and everything there. Restaurants and beaches were very close. I would consider vacationing there again.

I had an excellent time at the vacation rental, and it was exactly as described. Brian was responsive to the questions I had, which were few, as the book describing all aspects of the house, was very complete. The rental was immaculate, and all the aspects of working with Brian went smoothly. I give it a 5 star review, and have already informed him that I wish to rent from him again.

This rental was central to everything we wanted to do and everyone we wanted to see. We rented the home for two weeks and had everything we needed. The pots/pans and dishware was ample. There were plenty of spices in the cupboard for cooking. The home was clean and spacious. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming at several small beaches nearby. We got to scuba dive with a company out of Tarpon Springs. We really enjoyed being able to rent a home with a garage for our use as we had a secure place to leave our kayaks, scuba gear, and utility trailer we used to transport everything. Brian was a great host and went above and beyond when I realized we had left a few bathing suits in the dryer. Luckily I had family in the area and he left our things for them to pick up for us. Thanks for the relaxing two weeks and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely 5 nights at Sherwood Lakes B. The house is in the ideal position to explore the Pinellas Trial. We used the bikes to get to Palm Harbor restaurants and rented a carrier from Kafe Racer in Dunedin for the kids to sit in. This was one of the highlights of the holiday. The house is lovely the areas it could improve are ... Downstairs shower wasnt great a new shower head ia needed channel instructions and also instructions on which remote does what .....Tea/Coffee provided as well as salt and pepper .......Updated photo on website to show the kids swings are no longer there Apart from those improvements we had a fab stay and hope to return

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet area of Palm Harbor it borders the Pinellis bike trail and is just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed walking and bike riding the trail and neighborhood. The house has a very pleasing open design with a comfortable living area. Cooking in the kitchen is easy. The two king beds are real plus. The house was very clean with hotel quality linens. We would book this home for future vacation.
