SHERWOOD LAKES is a charming community of 15 private Town Home Style Condominiums. This family friendly complex has its own private tennis court and large pool area. Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset at the beach.
The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV and free high speed WiFi internet access. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
The MASTER BEDROOM is on the second floor and has a comfortable king sized bed. The master comes with dressers and a walk in closet for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen bed, dressers and closet.
The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a full shower and bath unit.
The ENTRY FOYER has a futon for an additional sleeping space.
The LARGE POOL AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing.
The Washer and Dryer are downstairs in the garage space. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.

Spacious and clean 2 bedroom/2 bath, 2 floor condo with a large well equipped open design kitchen/living room. Large screen TV with complete cable channel lineup. Each bedroom also has a tv. Private parking in single car driveway. High speed internet. Convenient to Tarpon Springs and Palm Harbor. Walking distance to Wall Springs Park. Repeat FLORIDA SUN VACATIONS. The location was perfect for us for the things we wanted to do - close to great breweries (DeBine in Palm Harbor was our favorite), restaurants, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. We really enjoyed the bike trail. We appreciated the fully stocked and clean condo.

Fantastic location, a very quiet neighborhood. Pinellas trail right outside back deck, a short drive to the beaches and stores, only minutes from Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. Very well-furnished kitchen. The pool is very nice. We have already booked our next vacation in April. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Jorge R.Gem on the Pinellas Trail
The house is lovely. Brian was very responsive when needed. There was only one night stand which made it difficult with 2 older adults. We loved being on the Pinellas Trail since we are big bikers. The pool looked very inviting, but it was too cold to swim. Would have been nice if heated. Beaches are close by. The house had beach chairs, sun umbrellas… anything you would need for the beach.There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other business near Fitness, UPS Store. Tarpon Springs and Dunedin were two towns we biked between. Wall Spring County Park was .25 mile from the house and what a gem of a place. We enjoyed all the parks in the area.

Would highly recommend this home. It was clean and perfect for family to gather. With the open floor plan (living room and kitchen) we were able to enjoy each others company. The home provided all necessary items for vacationing. The owner is readily accessible, had a question which he addressed in a timely manner.

Barbara W.Bright sun-filled townhouse in quiet neighborhood, close to great beaches, many good restaurants and the Pinellas Trail.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in ‘Paradise’. We have been to the Clearwater area numerous times over the years, so we are familiar with the area and the numerous things to do and see. The area offers many opportunities for boat rides to view dolphins or view and swim with the manatees at Crystal River. The property is located off the busy highways but within easy reach of the many local points of interest. Initial access to the home was easy and the ‘key-less’ entry lock was a nice feature as we often went out dressed for the summer-like weather, meaning no need for pockets for keys. We found the kitchen sufficiently furnished for cooking meals; dish washer made for easy clean-up. The townhouse is great; beautiful view off the deck to the west granted us many opportunities to view perfect sunsets. Easy access to the famous ‘Pinellas Trail’ which runs right along the back of the property led to almost daily walks/bike rides. Having numerous bikes available with the condo was another real plus. We enjoyed Wall Springs Park, located on the bike path, less than a quarter of a mile walk. We spent several days on Clearwater Beach and on the beach at Fred Howard Park. Tarpon Springs is only several miles away, which led to several shopping and Greek dining trips. Our favorite restaurants are Ozona Blue (approx. 2 miles away) and the Salt Rock Grille located down in Indian Shores, about 15 miles south of here. During the few rainy days during our stay, we went to the Westfield Countryside Mall located about 7 miles south of here on highway US 19 for movies and shopping. The property owners and the management of Florida Sun Vacation Rentals ensured a care-free experience for us. The home was very clean upon arrival and easy to maintain. We look forward to our return here again next year.
