The property is in close proximity to many great golf courses and beaches and is located only 2-miles from the scenic Pinellas Trail. It has a very central location in the Tampa bay area, all the excitement of Clearwater and Tampa are only a stones throw away. This is an ideal Rental if you are a keen golfer or just want to relax on Florida's white sandy beaches.
This tastefully furnished home has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 baths, an over-sized 1 car garage, fully stocked kitchen, living room, Florida room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room with a large picture window that overlooks the pool and river, and a large private pool and deck that you can fish from.
(No swimming in the river, PLEASE! MUCH WILDLIFE!). It is not uncommon to spot majestic Manatees and Dolphins in the river. Enjoy bird watching? This would be the place to stay, as many exotic birds can be spotted from the backyard.
The house is fully equipped with everything that you would have at home, all you need do is bring your toothbrush! You can relax with a cold beverage by the pool and enjoy all the comforts this waterfront vacation home has to offer in a resort like setting. One king size and four single beds comprise of the sleeping accommodations. Four Roku Smart TVs are situated throughout the house for you to enjoy. Bask in the sun and enjoy all the great amenities this property has to offer as you de-stress from life's often hectic pace.

Holiday, FL is a small town which has a central location in the Tampa Bay area, very close to attractions in Clearwater, Tampa, and Neighboring Tarpon Springs!
The neighborhood of Forest Hills where this home is located, is a quiet well-kept subdivision with many other river homes. The Neighborhood has its own golf course, the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club, where you can enjoy a game of golf, and have a great cheeseburger at the clubhouse!

The Forest Hills Golf and Country Club is a mere 1-mile from the property by car. It is about a 8-minute walk.

Howard Park Beach in Tarpon Springs is a wonderful beach that locals love. Parking is $5 for the entire day. We highly recommend it!

Spent 2 weeks and the weather was great , we fished from the deck caught a bunch of fish. seen manatees in the mornings. the house was well kept very comfortable. the only complaint was nothing to do with the house, the first 4 days we were there the love bugs were kind of a menace. I understand that around the first week of May they swarm. They don't bite or anything like that but they were numerous. any week but the first week of May I would go back. the Family Loved it. after the love bugs quit swarming.
