The location of this unit was excellent, and the pool area itself was nice but this is not a luxury resort, despite how it’s advertised. For the price we paid for a week, the experience fell far short.Every night at 9:30, a staff member named Nick made a loud announcement that everyone had to leave the pool area and go back to their units. I understand closing the pool at night, but telling grown adults they can’t even sit in the outdoor seating area to relax is over the top. One night, he even began spraying down chairs and tables with water while my son and daughter-in-law were still sitting there in regular clothes, and they got wet.Our check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but the unit wasn’t ready when we arrived after a 15-hour drive with two kids it was a huge inconvenience after timing our trip specifically for that check-in. There’s also no ice machine on the property, which seems like a basic amenity, especially for a place calling itself a “luxury resort.”

We absolutely loved our stay! We had groceries and beverages delivered, and were able to really relax. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill near the pool was great to have. We all enjoyed playing pickle ball and the kids loved the pool. The beach was perfect. The beach tent, toys, chairs and cooler were much appreciated! We hope to stay for longer next time!

This was our family spring vacation trip. We come to the gulf coast sometimes multiple times per year and we love it. We always rent a condo. We were really disappointed in this condo, especially at the price point it’s at. Upon arrival we discovered that unlike other condos, this one is wide open to the general public for both the pool/hot tub and also to both entrances to the condo. The parking garage is extremely difficult to park in if you have a large SUV, the condo itself had sand on the floor (beach condo..I get it), there was a mildew smell throughout the unit and black moldy spots on the ceiling of the main bedroom, there were many small details that should have been easily fixed had the unit been carefully maintained. The fridge was dirty, the windows were dirty, the sliding glass door does not open to the beachfront (it’s on the side), there was hair on the shower wall and in the sink, there was an exposed electrical outlet duck taped near the ceiling in the kitchen, there was bad paint touch up’s completed, the unit was not decorated in a Beach type theme, the furniture was worn down and gave an overall junky feel to the unit, the closet door in the main bathroom was broken, the toilet paper holder in the second bath was broken, the supplies that were provided were not enough (dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc.), and were dollar store brands, there were no trash bags, the vacuum cleaner was not working,etc. the owner was responsive but I would not stay here again

Great location! The host messaged me a few days before our check in letting me know that the condo we originally rented, pool was going to be under renovation and offered us to move to this one. We were very pleased with the location and family oriented atmosphere! Going in May was the best decision! The ocean was so warm and the temperature and breeze was perfect! We definitely will be back next year!

The condo unit itself is nice. The size is great, the amenities were nice. The kitchen and living area are very nice and updated. The master bathroom is also nice and updated. The guest bathroom seemed to have some mold issues along the shower. We were there a few nights when it was very windy. There was a strange rattling/buzzing sound coming from the railing outside of the master bedroom. There must be something loose, hopefully the homeowner can take care of that. The most disappointing things about this complex is the number of kids in the pool, and the lack of direct golf front views. There is a cement wall next to the balcony that prevents a direct golf front view.There was also quite a bit of sand on the floors when we first arrived. I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with all of the sand, but it just seemed a little bit excessive. The ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer was having issues, but that’s not a big deal. Lots of people were playing pickle ball, it would’ve been nice if the unit provided Pickleball equipment. The beds were mediocre. Not super comfortable.

Stayed with my husband, 1.5 year old and my parents and we had the best time! The balcony stairs made access to the beach and pool very fast. The host was polite and communicated well. The condo was clean and packaged necessities were there to get us started, i.e. laundry pods, shampoo and conditioner etc. Beds were comfy. People at the pool and other common areas were friendly and family oriented. Closet next to the parking spot is packed with everything you need for the beach; chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys etc.The location was wonderful, a ten minute walk to a few fun restaurants (guppy’s being our week’s favourite) or a 15 minute drive into Clearwater for a bigger scene. Most of the area from Indian shores to Clearwater was open and bustling.The property grounds did start some restoration construction while we were there which distracted from the peacefulness so if that would bother your group then be sure to ask.We had a great week and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful place, the balcony view was amazing. Loved the spiral staircase down to the pool and right near reserved parking spot. It was directly as described inside. The pool and Spa are clean and warm. There is still construction going on around the pool area, but do not impact the convenience of the pool and accessibility to the beach. This is a great place with beautiful views, great parking, and easy access to the pool and the beach. The kitchen is well stocked but missing common items like hot pads and a strainer. It is newly renovated and has new furniture with plenty of space for our party. Overall a great place with a convenient location and breathtaking views.

I have rented in the area several times. This location is ideal. Hard to find a good, reasonably priced three bedroom. This was perfect for our situation. The outdoor spiral staircase was great for my senior parents’ beach walk. It is also located next to the outside stairwell, which meant so much not having to walk all the way down to the elevator. Carport is located directly underneath the unit. Only had one issue (with connectivity), and it was promptly resolved.

We loved this location, i't's close to lots of fun activities in the community, as well as lots to do on the property, including tennis/pickleball, swimming in the heated pool, enjoying the hot tub, and of course just a few steps to the beach! You can take the trolley to explore Maderia Beach and the boardwalk. Our group found great coffee shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, and an awesome bakery within walking distance. The propery itself is beautful and well maintained. Very clean, and includes everything you need for your stay. We definately plan to return!

Beautiful end unit on the gulf

This condo is an end unit and you can see out to the gulf. The beach is a very short walk from the unit. It is newly remodeled and is very nice. The balcony overlooks the pool and down the beach. The walk to the beach is very short which is very nice. The beach has no rocks or shells so is just white and beautiful! I would stay again!!!

Best place ever

I can not say enough about this place it was PERFECT. The kids had a blast they were able to go out to the pool while we sat on the balcony and watched them. The stairs from the balcony lead strait to the pool. The beach was steps away. The interior was perfect. We will be back.

None Better

The owner, Dan Burke, was amazing to work with, and the condo? Perfect. Sit in the gorgeous living room and look out the window to the ocean, steps away. Or sit on the balcony which has a fan and watch both ocean and pool. Parking immediately beneath the condo makes easy access always. Beds comfortable, all utensils needed for a kitchen supplied. Walking distance to great restaurants. Complaints? Zero. We plan to go back again very soon.

Loved our stay! The condo was great, this was our third time staying in Sandcastle North complex but our first time in this unit, this condo was by far the best one we have been in. it was fully equipped with everything you need. Dan was great to work with. He was pleasant and kind. There was even brownies upon our arrival. The set up was perfect for kids. Close to the beach and pool. I loved not having to get in a elevator every time the kids or myself needed something from the room.

We had a great time at Kandy’s Kondo! Perfect location . As close to the beach as you can get. We had 2 small children and it made it easy to go back and forth from the beach to the pool It was wonderful to look out at the beach as we were sitting at the dinning room table.

Winter Break

We came for a two week getaway from our cold winter and were not disappointed! Dan and Lily did a beautiful job of renovating their amazing beachfront condo! It’s very family friendly and my grandson loved being able to wake up and pop down to the beach or pool! We loved that it was within walking distance to so many beachy restaurants. Everyone was sad to leave our relaxing, long walks on the beach lifestyle but, back to reality!! Thanks Dan and Lily for sharing your beautiful condo!!!

Missing those Gulf Views...

We just returned to Canada after 4 weeks at Kandy’s condo. Our family, including our 8 month old grandson, joined us for part of that time, and we have many many happy memories of time spent by the Reef Club pool, on the beach, and at local establishments and attractions.As others have said, this is the best condo at Reef Club due to its location and easy access via the spiral staircase to the pool, beach and your vehicle. I like to cook, and found the kitchen to be very well equipped, with everything needed to prepare meals for the family, and even to entertain friends and relatives staying in the area. Reef Club also has three new grills which we made good use of, and where my husband had an opportunity to meet many other “grill masters” :)Last but not least, Kandy is a very gracious host, takes pride in this property and because she lives nearby, is very knowledgeable about the area. Beachfront Oasis

What a nice, enjoyable week we had at Kandy's condo. The views of the beach and ocean were phenomenal out of the many windows of this end unit. Our private spiral stairs from our lanai to the pool/hot tub/beach area was so convenient! We enjoyed the nice mix of ages also staying at this condo complex - families with younger children, middle aged couples and a few young adults. Kandy was an excellent host addressing and quickly solving any minor issues that popped up during the week. We feel we have gained a friend that we look forward to seeing again on our next trip to Kandy's condo, which we hope to be longer than just one week!

Beyond all Expectations!

My family and I had the most wonderful vacation here, Kandy's Kondo is the best condo at Reef Club. The beach and pool are LITERALLY within steps! You can watch ocean sunsets from the living room windows! The condo was fully stocked with anything you would need, from cooking utensils and spices to beach chairs and toys. This was our first visit to Indian Rocks, and we will definitely return for future vacations! No big high rise buildings, plenty of small family-owned restaurants and shops, if you grew up living/vacationing in Florida like I did, this is the place to go! Kandy is wonderful to rent from, she made sure everything was perfect for our stay and even made homemade brownies for us, which we're waiting on the table when we arrived. I can't say enough good things about Indian Rocks and Kandy's Kondo, and hope to have the opportunity to return next summer!

Best Vacation ever!!!

We stayed here in July, it was absolutely wonderful! Kandy was so easy to deal with, the location of this condo is so perfect! The views are breathtaking! She puts so many personal touches, it makes it more special, and sets this rental above all others. We arrived to everything we needed (and many extra personal touches) the condo was clean and spaced out so perfectly, with plenty of extra of anything you may need, from beach towels, to coffee! This was our favorite stay and we plan to re visit again next year! You won’t be disappointed in this condo, it is wonderful, and the owner is even more wonderful!! She went above and beyond with us!

AWESOME PROPERTY!

My family and I stayed here for a week. I have never been in a rental property like this. It is emulate , you didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was provided from toilet paper , spices, condiments, laundry soap to beach toys. With the knowledge if you run out / break it you pay it forward and replace it. It's AWESOME ! As an added bonus Kandy goes the extra mile to make it homie, you walk into fresh baked goods and literature of the area doings.The unit, as stated in the discription IS the BEST in the building. You have your own private staircase to the pool as well as the beach. We definitely will return again for our next vacation. Thank you Kandy for making our vacation so AWESOME!
