900 sq. ft. Our vacation home is just steps away from the #1 rated beach in the USA - Siesta Key beach. It is unit B07 in the Casa Blanca resort located on the GULFSIDE (or Beach side) of the island.
It is a comfortable villa with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, and a bath and a half. In 2017, it was completely renovated with a brand new kitchen (with new cabinets, granite countertop and appliances), new bathrooms (with new vanities, toilets and shower), new porcelain flooring, new windows and blinds, new doors and new wall finishing/painting in all rooms. In 2025, it was again completely renovated as a result of damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton in September and October 2024. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room if you wish to accommodate as many as 6 people. Even if there are only two of you, our unit provides more space than a one bedroom unit and you'll find the extra half bath a nice convenience. There is also a hot/cold shower on the outside of the unit. Our lanai has a table and four chairs and provides a very comfortable "outdoor" option for eating meals or just relaxing.
We have 3 smart screen TVs and our own personal WiFi that is available for our guests at no extra charge.
Our villa sits midway between the beach and the pool within our complex, providing nice options with a very short walk. There are lounge chairs available for use free of charge at both the beach and the pool. You can't find a nicer beach in the U.S.
Unique Benefits
We fell in love with our vacation home primarily due to the location. Close proximity to Siesta Key Beach was the key selling point for us. In the meantime, we have made our villa very comfortable and went through two renovations (one in 2017 and one in 2025) to fit our own tastes and to help attract guests.
Why Kids Love It
We don't know any kids who don't like building sand castles on the beach or wading and swimming in the warm Gulf water. The pool at the Casa Blanca is also great fun for kids.
Siesta Key beach itself has a powdery white sand that never gets hot. It is like walking on powdered sugar.
There are many things to do in and around Siesta Key including: snorkling, parasailing, golf, bike riding, jet skis, kayaking. Rentals of equipment are readily available at various locations on the key.
Siesta Key Village is just a short drive north of our villa and has many restaurants and shops. One of our favorite restaurants is "The Hub".
Crescent Village is just south of Stickney Point Road on Siesta Key and also includes restaurants and shopping. Captain Curt's is a local favorite. Farther south in Siesta Key is Turtle's Restaurant which has a nice dining deck overlooking the Intercoastal.
Normally, getting around by car is the best way to go. However, it can be very difficult to find a parking spot in Siesta Village. There is a free shuttle service that goes up and down Siesta Key that you may want to try. The only cost is a driver tip. More details are available in the office.
We are only 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota, Lido Key and St. Armand's Circle and an hour from Tampa. Also, just 2 hours from Disney World and Universal theme parks!
The beach is what it's all about on Siesta Key. Many people enjoy swimming, relaxing in lounge chairs, or just walking along the 2 to 3 mile long beach. Our villa is conveniently located between the beach and the heated outdoor pool so you have two swimming options. It's 200 steps to the beach or 100 steps to the pool in the opposite direction.

All reservations are handled by the office at the Casa Blanca. The phone number there is available upon request. Make sure you ask for unit B-7. At check-in, keys will be provided at the office. The office is open from 9 AM to 5PM Monday through Saturday. If the office is closed at time of check-in, you will be provided a code to obtain the keys from a lockbox. This was our second vacation in as many years at Casa Blanca. Both times we selected the same unit number and both times we were simply delighted with the experience. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and attractive inside and out. We feel Casa Blanca is a very underrated location and now a personal favorite.

This was our first stay in the area. The location of B07 was perfect for the pool, beach and walking to dinner or shops. The unit itself was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Had most items you would need for a stay. We will definitely be back. The rec room had books, piano, pool table and ping pong. The guards were nice and check in was easy. This was a quiet location. Very family friendly. It was about 1/2 mile walk to Siesta Beach but Crescent Beach was Wonderful!! Hosts were available to answer our questions before our stay. If you are looking for Spring Break Party atmosphere, I suggest you look somewhere else. This was a very nice relaxing, peaceful but fun vacation.

We absolutely loved the villa, very clean and nice. The owners responded almost immediately to my inquiry and were very nice and patient as this was my first time renting a villa and going on vacation. We Loved the distance to the beach and pool, both were very close. The beach is beautiful with white powdered sand. We seen dolphins from the beach (very close) on a daily basis. The villa also had an outside shower, screened in porch and WiFi. It was the perfect size. We received great service from Casablanca staff. Lou was very helpful pointing us in the direction of places to visit since it was our first vacation. Without him we would have been lost. The workers go up and beyond and are very kind. We loved it here and are so happy we chose this place. Highly recommend.

Myself and a longtime friend spent Jan 2020 vacationing on Siesta Key. Unit B07 speaks for itself. The photos truly give you the great pictures of the Villa, the amenities, and the beach. A very well maintained unit and property. The Villa owners and the property staff were all so accommodating, professional, and friendly. The area is filled with nice restaurants, water Activities, and ease for all shopping needs and desires. Great for couples, families and seniors. You will not be disappointed.
