= Kitchen is fully equipped fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. An eat-in counter is also available with seating for two.
All linens, towels, kitchenware included. Four (4) beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler are also provided for your convenience. You may also rent chairs and umbrella beachside from rental company.

Me and my family was excited to be right next or the beach. Beach is clean, the pool is clean, the Condo is clean, and Jorge is right on with honest people skills. The Condo is worth the stay…..Beautiful beach front view.

This review is long overdue! 1 year long! LOL. My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Jorge's place! We were in the center of everything I'd planned for my family vacation. Our itinerary was packed and we had a fabulous time! On our first day we checking in after driving from our Legoland stay. We chose to relax and have dinner at Margaritaville. The next day we drove in to the Florida Keys and rented a charter to the sandbar in Islamorada. Such Fun! Day 3 we visited a few wholesale shops in Miami, afterwards, we took in lunch at The Hard Rock Café. Day 4 we to a toured boat in Fort Lauderdale. We then ate lunch at Fishbone's. When I say the location was great for all we had planned it was! The beds were cozy and the view was spectacular! The only thing I would suggest is a few minor updates and regular extermination. As we found a few critters in the kitchen area.

This is the place to stay. Oceanfront & pool view from the balcony. Has all the amenities you need. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable! Jorge was a great host responding immediately to my texts. We will definitely stay here next time we come. Highly recommend! Thanks for making this a wonderful trip!

We booked Jorge’s place for a one week work-ation, so our criteria was rather unique — needed two bedrooms with “office space”-like setup so that two people can work remotely ... while enjoying the sun and the water.The unit is nicely furnished, no clutter, with plenty of storage space to stow things out of view and keep one organized. The view from the balcony is priceless at any time of day or night. What’s more you get a nice view of the ocean even when seated at the dining table or on the living room couch, huge plus to someone who has been working from home for the past 10 months or so. We also loved being able to just step out of the building and be on the beach for a jog or dip in the water.Functional areas: -Kitchen area on the small side, but with a good assortment and dishes and pans as well small appliances - Dining area is spacious and soaks in the light from that stunning ocean view (as good if not better than the pictures) - Both beds / mattresses very comfortable. We chose to keep the balcony door open and sleep in the smaller bedroom to get almost direct drafts of ocean air (your mileage may vary; it worked for us because temps in January are low-mid 70s) - We didn’t use any of the many TV options including the large screen in the living room, so I can’t comment on thatWhat we liked less: the communal pool, which is otherwise pleasant, seems to close rather early. I didn’t see anyone there past 7ish, no extended hours, the whole place just falls asleep. Also the building does not have a hot tub.Trip highlight: we went car-less and loved it! Rented bikes from The Bike Shack and got around on bikes from as north as the Von Mizell State Park to as south as the Oleta River State Park. Oleta River in particular is rather unique with its biking opportunities. The building has a designated bike parking area in its car parking structure, so that worked out nicely.
