This beautiful home is located in the desirable "Pink Street" Neighborhood at the southernmost tip of St Petersburg, where some of the roads dead-end with a view overlooking the bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, yet only a 10 minute drive from the beaches and downtown.
"Pink Street Paradise" is an upscale house that was just updated and newly decorated. With 2500 sq ft it has a master bedroom with a TV, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with tub, a queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom sharing a bathroom with walk-in shower, all on one side of the house and the 4th bedroom with a sitting area and large TV and a bathroom with walk-in shower on the other side of the house. There is family room with a large HDTV and a DVD/blu ray player, a dining area, updated, fully equipped kitchen with range, dishwasher and microwave and a living room with fireplace, foosball table and books, leading to the pool area. There is a laundry room and 1-car garage. All bedrooms have two sets of linens and bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs are also available. Outside you will find a fully fenced back yard with a large patio with a covered area, grill, lounge chairs and a lovely in-ground pool with a pool safety fence (removable and childproof).

We had a perfect stay at pink street paradise in January. My husband uses a walker and was able to be mobile both in the house and outside in the back yard and also around the neighbourhood. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities all worked well, and the weather cooperated for daily swims and use of the bbq. Would definitely recommend Pink Street Paradise!

My sister and I rented the Pink Street Paradise for the month of February. Upon arrival our host Claudia stopped by to greet us and show us around. The orientation was really helpful and took the guesswork out of accessing the electronics, alarm system etc. After a few days she checked in with us by phone to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and wanted to hear suggestions from us about what would enhance renter’s comfort and enjoyment of the property. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of clean linens, dishes and kitchen equipment. We spent a lot of time on the patio in the backyard and enjoyed the heated pool. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very pretty. We accessed the programs offered at the Bay Vista Recreation Center (we could walk there!) and took full advantage of the proximity to the Pinellas Trail system to ride our bikes. This is the perfect place for a family gathering or a girl’s getaway! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We have just returned from our wonderful Florida vacation, and absolutely loved our stay! The house was immaculate, and offered everything we could imagine for our home away from home. With four adults and four children, there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play. They loved the pool and the playset, and spent many hours with the foosball table. The location was central to everything we hoped to enjoy while in Florida... the beaches, shopping, amusement parks... all within a short drive. Claudia was fantastic in answering all of our questions, and providing a welcoming home for our two families. I would highly recommend this property and would rent again without hesitation.

RonWonderful home and wonderful hostess
Our rental for Christmas was cancelled 3 days before our arrival. Thankfully, we found Claudia's property to fill in the void created by our other cancellation. Claudia was a great hostess and the property was exactly as advertised. Our adult children enjoyed the pool and large couches and even in Florida, we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. My wife had almost everything she needed to cook her normal Christmas dinner as the kitchen was loaded with supplies, and the 3 bathrooms was very convenient with 5 adults getting dressed in the morning. The location was very convenient to the freeway and local shopping, and a short drive to Tampa activities. We would highly recommend this property.

MikeParadise in Paradise
This was our second trip to Paradise on the Pink Streets! The house is just as it shows in the pictures on the web. It is a clean, spacious home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The solar heated pool is first rate! The foliage and trees, in this area, are just outstanding and walking is a joy. It is just 20 minutes to Ellenton Outlet Mall. Groceries are close at hand and visits to the beach are very easy. Claudia is much more than a person to contact when you require assistance. She has become a friend to us and we look forward to seeing her again.

OliverPerfect family vacation
We (2 adults and 2 kids) spent our two weeks vacation in this beautiful newly renovated house in St. Pete. The house is perfectly located in a very secure and nice area. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms would even give enough space for up to 8 people. Therefore it was no problem to invite another 2 friends for a couple days to "our" house. The private pool was big enough to play with the kids, have a swim or just enjoy the sun on an air mattress. The house is furnished with all necessary items. Also the kitchen is fully equiped. So we had the choice to cook at home, do some barbecuing outside by the pool or jump into the car and have a 15 minute ride to St. Pete downtown. I also would like to mention the professional, friendly and very obliging support service on-the-spot. For sure we will come again!
