This apartment, at the 8th floor, has a southwestern exposure and free WIFI inside. Floor to ceiling sliding doors lead from all rooms to a tiled and furnished 36' by 6' private lanai, overlooking the large heated pool, beach, Gulf of Mexico, and state nature preserve. From the balcony you can watch innumerable species of wild birds and sometimes dolphins in the ocean. From the balcony and even from the sofa inside the mirrored living room you can see the waves of the Gulf. You also can watch the sunrise after dawn from your master bedroom. The condo, at the 8th floor, is approx. 1100 sq. ft., beautifully decorated, and well maintained. There is an open well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar; dining area with extending table and mirrored bar; beautiful tiled living room with a large curved sectional leather sofa. A mirrored wall in the living room reflects the beach and Ocean. Both bedrooms got new laminate floors. Both bath rooms are renovated.
Marco Island, FL, offers a wonderful array of activities. From the convenient supply of beach activities right outside your condo door to the many recreational and educational opportunities in the area. There are championship golf courses nearby, as well as boating, shelling, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. The Everglades National Park is just around the corner, where you can enjoy museums, swamp buggy rides, air boat rides, and excursions. There is an endless choice for entertainment and restaurants in and around Marco Island, FL. From live entertainment at the Naples Philharmonic and the local player in both Naples and Marco, to the 20 theater complex in Naples or the Marco Movies where you can enjoy your dinner while watching the latest movies. The romantic fisherman's town of Goodland with excellent restaurants and night entertainment is only a few miles away. Shopping is taken to a new level from the many quaint shops in Marco to the upscale shopping on Fifth Avenue in Naples. Outlet shopping is available right off the Island at the Prime Outlet Mall and if you want something larger, there is the Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero, about a 40 minutes ride.

We just returned from Johanna’s lovely Marco condo! Not only was the condo well appointed, the air conditioner works exceptionally well! Several family members rented other units in the same building and we all congregated in our condo, for the comfort, AC temp and morning coffee c a view. We would return to Marco not only for the gorgeous views and lovely fishing and shelling, but for the ease of the condo rental process with Johanna. Start to finish, she was just fabulous! Her rates are very reasonable, she was very accommodating and there is just not enough good that I can say about both Johanna and her homey, comfortable and lovely condo. Thank you so much Johanna! We have rented condos all over the world and you and your condo are absolutely top shelf! Well done! Thank you so much! We would love to rent from you again, anywhere and any time!

We had a great trip when staying in this rental unit at the South Seas. It is on the 8th floor so it provides a nice view overlooking the pool and also a nice view looking out over the gulf. It was well furnished, clean and in an excellent location. We also enjoyed working with Johanna during our stay. She was easy to communicate with before and during our trip. We would definitely rent from her again.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and fully enjoyed ourselves. From the moment we arrived, armed with meticulous yet easy directions for check in and settling in to our very clean, spacious condo, we had a wonderful week of water activities, floating in the ocean, walking the beach, shelling, and most of all taking in our stunning views. Our host and owner, Johanna, was patient, accommodating and helpful. We had a problem getting cable reception, but she helped guide us through an easy fix. We look forward to returning very soon, and possibly with other families who saw our pics and want to come experience it themselves. Thank you Johanna!

As soon as I arrived, I knew I was only steps away from the beach. I at once went straight to the balcony to see the beautiful view of Marco Island and the lagoon of the surrounding area, is filled with all sorts of wildlife such as spoonbill birds, osprey, rabbits. A peaceful place to unwind and relax from everything. The apartment was in great condition. All was in order. Clean and comfy. The overall condo was nice too. The pool was spacious, lots of room to swim and enjoy the sun. It's a very short walk to Tigertail Beach, along the way you can find whole sand dollars wedged in between the luscious white sand. On the beach there is an availability to rent paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis. Or if you prefer you can go on a tour boat that shows you the 10,000 islands, Cape Romano, as well as the famous dome houses. Along the way the boat stops so you can see dolphins, and take postcard pictures of the incredible sights. But the fun does not end there! You get your own slice of paradise because the boat takes you to an uninhabited island where you can collect a variety of shells. We have clearly enjoyed our stay, and recommend this place to anyone seeking to enjoy the scenery.

Susan H.Somewhat disappointed
The views are stunning, the unit is clean, BUT ….. The furnishings are very dated; threadbare sheets and throw pillows; garbage disposal doesn’t work; no kitchen necessities such as soap, paper towels, trash bags, no extra toilet paper or kleenex. She says it’s COVID related, but past reviews say the same.

"I found out about the garbage disposal when the unit was cleaned just before your arrival. I explained to you that it had been repaired many times due to things which do not belong in there and I intend to remove it alltogether. Like many other owners I also removed it in my other unit. No one complained! The trash shoot is right across the hall way. The furniture look in reality exactly the same as in the photos. You knew what to expect! I was strogly advised not to provide paper/soap supplies."

We stayed oct 5-16 th. Had amazing time !!! Place was clean . Beach chairs and other things provided . Host was very kind . Pool was great . Walk to beach a little long but not toooo bad . If you want a taste of Paradise, you have to add Marco Island to your bucket list. This condo has a million dollar view of the beautiful gulf from every room. The unit was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities to make you feel very comfortable. The beach was very clean and the grounds were absolutely beautiful! The owner was very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to come back soon!
