This stunning 4 Bed 2 Bath Villa enjoys one of the premier positions on Lake Berkley Resort with an unspoilt beautiful view over the lake. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the pool patio whilst watching the wildlife on the lake. If you enjoy fishing then you only need to walk a few yards to fish in the lake.
The villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa boasts two sitting rooms, very convenient if the kids want to watch their own TV whilst you watch another.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and Queen bed. There is a further double bedroom, and another two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV.
The two bathrooms both have a bath and shower, and come with the usual hairdryers and abundance of towels.
The kitchen has every modern appliance needed, together with all the necessary utensils and crockery. Any aspiring chef would be proud of this kitchen.
The fully screened pool area has a large deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need. The pool is east facing so gets the sun from sunrise until very late afternoon, and facing the lake it is very private.
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.
Pool heat if required is $15 per night payable separately.

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

The house is located in a great area, the tidiness and cleanliness is particularly noticeable to us. Moreover, the house is very cozy and tastefully decorated.Kissimee is a cute little town, which takes you back in time and should be visited. We visited Universal Studios and Nasa in Cap Canaveral from there, which was easy to reach. You are a little more removed from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, which we really enjoyed.After a long trip you could relax in the well air-conditioned villa or at the pool or play some billiards. The house is well equipped, so that we felt very comfortable here with 2 families.We had no problems with the house at all, a quick question about the use of an appliance was immediately resolved over the phone.Everything top! Should we make the long trip from Germany to Florida again, we will be happy to come back.Many greetings from Germany

Loved our villa stay! Everything was indeed as described. Walmart and aldi were incredibly close and convenient which worked out great for our essentials. We did not use much of the grounds as we were Orlando bound every day but loved having our own pool and the security of gated community. Thank you, we enjoyed

I stayed here with my family. We had a really wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed, more than we expected. Tons of towels which were really handy. We had hours of fun in the pool which was a really unique experience overlooking the water. Highly recommend!

This is the third time we have rented a villa on the Marbella development. The villa is well located, and the current pictures don’t do it justice. Inside was very clean and has everything you needed for a home away from home. A lack of towels was rectified very quickly and an issue with pool heating was also resolved promptly. A few additional items such as condiments and a basic welcome pack on arrival with essentials such as water, milk, tea and coffee would have lifted our rating to a 5 star. Communication with the owner was excellent and responses to questions were very prompt. We would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends.
