Englewood beach is a great beach to look for shells and Shark teeth, only a 15 min drive and Boca Grande beach a 10 min drive. Just minutes to fine restaurants and shopping(Publix, WalMart, Banks, Drug stores).Living room is equipped with a 85' inch 4K smart TV with Xfinity, which has over 200 channels and NFL,NHL and NBA channels & DVD player. Beautiful italian leather sofas and a recliner. Master bedroom is equppiped with an Adjustable Beautyrest king bed, leather recliner and a 55' inch 2D smart TV with 2D glasses, DVD player, Linens provided for all bedrooms. Master bath has a standalone shower and an extra deep jacuzzi jetted tub. Extra large walk in closet. 2ND Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and 42 inch Vizio TV. 3RD Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a 42 inch Vizio TV . 2nd bathroom is located between bedroom 2&3, with a pocket door to close off the bedrooms for more privacy.Charcoal BBQ included. You will truly feel at home.

About the owner: My husband and I vacationed in Port Charlotte ( Charlotte County) and fell in love with the area. We decided to buy in Rotanda West for all the wildlife and close proximity to beautiful pristine beaches and fantastic food. We feel blessed and decided to share our home with others.

Daniela B.Angel's Paradise is the perfect quiet paradise
Angel's paradise was exactly as advertised and was a dream to stay in. We enjoyed the beaches close by and loved loved the pool and bikes. We especially loved being close to nature and watching the marsh to spot the alligators and turtles pop up once in awhile. Angel was extremely transparent and helpful as a hostess. Everything in the home was as portrayed in the listing. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was a bonus. There was plenty of office space and storage space. Angel had everything labeled and had every appliance you could ask for and the furniture, including beds, were extremely comfortable. She was also always reachable as she said she would me and her pool guy and property manager were very helpful (for ex, came by to make sure we were prepared for a possible forecasted hurricane). It was above and beyond our expectations and we loved the quiet neighborhood and surroundings. Thank you so much Angel for sharing your husband's and your paradise with us!

Francis S.Wonderful beach area rental
I rented Angel's very pristine house for 10 days this past May. I found her to be very accommodating, professional and communicated with me excellently! Her beautiful home was very well equipped with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, several large televisions, wonderful saltwater pool with plenty of lounges and seating. The house was extremely clean and smelled very nice, and the garage there was a couple of bicycles that we enjoyed and they were golf clubs available. Angel even provided us with a bottle of wine and some fine chocolates waiting for us when we arrive! I would definitely recommend her house rental and fine accommodations to anyone that would be visiting the beautiful Southwest Florida Beach region! In addition, her rental rates were very reasonable and better than most others in the area! Thanks again Angel!

The rental was wonderful and we especially enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was supplied with everything that the average cook would want. The owners were always available if a question arose. We would definitely come back again.

Absolutely lovely stay in Angel’s beautiful villa, everything was just perfect! A very comfortable home with lots of luxurious touches, every conceivable kitchen item you could wish for. Wonderful beds, so comfortable! Pool was extremely warm and the fact there was no chlorine smell, as Angel had it changed to salt water, swimming was a great pleasure. Definitely would return to this property.

Loved our two months here and have reserved already for next year. Very accommodating space. Great kitchen flow with every possible tool that you could think of. Giant tv was great for watching March Madness. Can't beat the area with its relatively moderate traffic. Loved every minute.
