Just minutes to fine restaurants and shopping(Publix, WalMart, Banks, Drug stores).Living room is equipped with a 75' inch 4K smart TV with Direct TVwhich has over 200 channels and NFL,NHL and NBA channels & DVD player. Beautiful italian leather sofas and a recliner. Master bedroom is equppiped with an Adjustable Beautyrest king bed, leather recliner and a 55' inch 2D smart TV with 2D glasses, DVD player, Linens provided for all bedrooms. Master bath has a standalone shower and an extra deep jacuzzi jetted tub. Extra large walk in closet. 2ND Bedroom is equipped with a King bed and 42 inch Vizio TV. 3RD Bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and a 42 inch Vizio TV . 2nd bathroom is located between bedroom 2&3, with a pocket door to close off the bedrooms for more privacy. BBQ included. You will truly feel at home.

About the owner: My husband and I vacationed in Port Charlotte ( Charlotte County) and fell in love with the area. We decided to buy in Rotanda West for all the wildlife and close proximity to beautiful pristine beaches and fantastic food. We feel blessed and decided to share our home with others.

Absolutely lovely stay in Angel’s beautiful villa, everything was just perfect! A very comfortable home with lots of luxurious touches, every conceivable kitchen item you could wish for. Wonderful beds, so comfortable! Pool was extremely warm and the fact there was no chlorine smell, as Angel had it changed to salt water, swimming was a great pleasure. Definitely would return to this property.

Loved our two months here and have reserved already for next year. Very accommodating space. Great kitchen flow with every possible tool that you could think of. Giant tv was great for watching March Madness. Can't beat the area with its relatively moderate traffic. Loved every minute.
